Post Coffee Co is an adorable coffee shop that offers tasty brews and the best protein balls I have ever tasted! They serve hot coffee beverages, cold brews, and teas. They even offer a selection of food options such as donuts, pastries, scones, cookies, breakfast burritos and lunch wraps. I highly recommend ordering their chocolate chip protein balls!
Plenty of seating inside as well as a patio section. The coffee shop is incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a perfect place to get some work done on your phone or laptop!

They have many gluten-free and vegan options, which is so hard to find!
Each of the cookies have been gluten-free and dairy free and is clearly marked in front of the items. they’ve been able to answer my questions about different drinks, including what contains dairy since they make a lot of syrups themselves. Thank you so much for marking your drinks to state what is gluten-free and vegan it takes so much guest work out of ordering, which can be such a struggle with allergens.

Their breakfast burrito is so good! Coffee is great too. I only wish they had a 16 oz option. Relaxed, quiet atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place. Solid drip coffee always. Service is fantastic and uplifting. Wish I lived closer so I could frequent every day.

This definitely is one of my favorite coffee shops in KC, and Ive been to alot of them! I was at the NKC location of this place earlier today, and this location in Lees Summit is SO much better!

I ordered a Sumatra pour over, and it was absolutely awesome! The baristas are so incredibly fun and friendly, and everyone in here is just a pleasure to be around. The roast their beans here as well, and you can see them doing the roasting in the corner. Really cool!

Super clean place, amazing employees, awesome place to do some studying/ work!

My ONLY complaint: The music is SOOOO loud its insane. Please please lower it a touch, my ears hurt.

Besides that, I will absolutely be back, I love this place and i love the people that work here! Give them a shot!

This was my first visit. The staff is super friendly. I had one of their Fall seasonal drinks, the Salted Honey. It was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. I also had their peanut butter & chocolate donut, which was fresh and full of flavor.

Delicious drinks and the fresh "Pop Tart" was 12/10... so good! Easy and great to catch up with friends while you chill and sip.

Cute little cafe. Ton of seating. Warning, STRONG coffee. Staff was nice and accommodating for my unique order.

I've been going to Post Coffee in Lee's Summit for years now. The employees always took the time to explain the science behind the coffee drinks. Learning about the difference between a latte, cappuccino, macchiato, cortado, and espresso. I like that they took that time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

If you like a strong, smoky coffee that's not sweet, get my favorite item here, the Cortado. They have the best espresso I've ever had. So earthy with a caramel body and toasted barley finish.

My favorite seasonal drink is the Brown Sugar Latte with extra shot. If you order in, you'll enjoy their beautiful latte art!

I happen to know the designers of the interior and I will say they did a really cool job decorating. I like the atmosphere here.

Ordered a hot vanilla lavender flat white with oatmilk and it did not disappoint. So, so good! Easily the best I’ve had around town and definitely on my top 3 coffees ever. The ladies working were also super nice.

I absolutely love the coffee and atmosphere at Post. They have non dairy options and occasionally have gluten free and vegan cookies. My favorite coffee place in Kansas City!

One of my favorite menu items at Post Coffee is the blueberry peanut butter gluten free oatmeal. I complete my meal with including the chai latte. This coffee shop is perfect for meeting clients or just stopping by for a quiet break in between errands.

This has been my favorite place to study for a while. I brought my mom in today, and she loved it to say the least! The people are so sweet and open to any coffee questions/suggestions. Love this place with all my heart!

One of the best cups in Lee's Summit. You don't have to add flavor to their coffee because you can actually taste what they were roasted with! The iced latte almost tastes like cinnamon, it's superb.
The atmosphere is perfect. It can be hard to get a table inside occasionally because of how busy they are, but the outside seats are cozy and usually empty. It's a good place to go with other people or to go alone and get work done/sketch.
Donuts in the weekends are amazing, I suggest the glazed with chocolate icing. They have cheese/fruit platters daily, along with parfaits, gluten free options, and other baked goods.
You can order your drink for here or to go, and unlike other places that give you paper cups when you order to stay, here when you order it to stay they give it to you in a ceramic cup.
The one and only thing I'm not a fan of (that isn't worth any deductions) is that the music changes depending on who is working.

Stop reading reviews and just go.

They make great coffee here! Though myself, I prefer a more mellow scene. It's bright, clean, with very efficient and kind baristas. It is a top spot for a hot cup to go.

It's been a hot minute since I've written a review, but after eating the vegan burrito with spicy jam I had to post.

The vegan burrito was amazing, great flavor, great texture and just full of great veggies. Nothing processed and nothing over powering. Wrapped up in a tiny square and heated to perfection. Just amazing! But, the spicy jam.

Holy cow if you get anything breakfast related and you love spice, this is the center piece. My mouth was on fire from spice and flavor and I love spicy jam! It wasn't super gelatinous, more like a regular dipping sauce and the flavor paired with the burrito was just spot on.

Vanilla latte was also good too, don't get me wrong. But, the food is on another level.

Vanilla iced latte was delicious! Sweet, but not over sweet. The place had lots of people sitting there using their laptops, so it must be a comfortable place for the locals to get things done. staff was pleasant and friendly. I would love to visit again if I had the chance 👍🏽👍🏽

Another update: still my favorite cup of coffee. G.O.A.T.
