Previously had 2 very bad experiences with teeth extraction. Dr. Flack was wonderful. Took his time extracting 3 difficult teeth.
The staff was great. I didn't feel like a number.
I was very scared and everyone calmed me.

Let me start by saying I hate getting my teeth worked on. I have severe dental professionals phobia. But Dr. Flack made me feel calm and well taken care of. My wisdom teeth was my first surgery that i was put to sleep for so i was scared but he talked me through everything and really seemed to care.

Tried contacting them to let them know they need to update their address and close a couple of the other ones in different towns that are apparently no longer open. Receptionist nearly took my head off, guess that's what I get for trying to be helpful. As much as I personally love Dr. Flack, its way to hard to find the office. No signs or anything. Good luck walking around in circles for 20 mins!
