I came in last weekend Feb 24 2025, I was met by Kelcie (spelling) after our purchase of Sealy Adjustable bed and mattress, we moved and stored our furniture for nearly a year… unfortunately during storage we lost our EASE remotes for our two twin (king mattress). So over the last few months we have been without these remotes. I will be bedridden for a couple weeks after surgery later this month, and really hoping to get my bed back for my comfort.
Obviously I just went in to the store hoping to order the EASE remotes and have them delivered in time for me to setup and use after discharge from hospital.
Kelcie(sp) GAVE me to replacement controllers on the spot. I can’t express enough how awesome this experience was. Kudos to Sleep Outfitters of Blue Springs and the staff!!!
