Christina helped us find our dream rings. She was the most helpful and welcoming person I have yet to find when jewelry shopping. She made the experience ten times easier. You could tell she was not just trying to sell something but rather find to find the perfect one. Will go to her every time to buy jewelry and would recommend her to everyone. Always nice to be able to go in and she recognizes and talks to us every time.

Chris helped my fiancée and I pick our rings! He’s an amazing salesperson and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store, and extremely patient as we hemmed and hawed over many different styles. Go check him out, I promise you won’t regret getting assistance from this man!!!

THE best experience I have ever had. As a newly (almost) engaged woman, ring shopping is something that gives me anxiety, and Christopher was hands down the BEST person to talk to. After going to numerous places, and talking to PLENTY of people, he made me feel comfortable, confident and secure. I have been getting jewelry from Helzberg diamonds for years now. My dad bought jewelry there for over 40 years. Never have I had a salesman that treats me so well. As Kendall Jackson, hes top-notch. Knows his work, goes out of his way to get what you actually want. He does not pressure you into anything which is different than other salespeople, and I'm talking a salesperson in general. 10+ stars for Independence Helzbergdiamonds and Kendall Jackson, I will be recommending this store and this salesman to all family and friends.

We were looking for a teenager boyfriend and girlfriend gift and we were completely and totally taken care of from the moment that we came into the store. Our associate Sharron or Shanon (sorry long day and I forgot the name) she was beyond amazing and took care of us so well and we got exactly what we needed and wanted.
