We were in town this morning and this place was recommended for breakfast. We love going to find new places to have breakfast. When we sat down we were immediately presented with a warm gooey cinnamon roll. Coffee good as well as the hot cocoa. I had the Chorizo Benedict and my wife had Chicken fried steak breakfast platter. Both were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

Quick service. Great good. Free warm gooey cinnamon rolls. Fair prices. Old diner vibes. Need I say more???

I will add that the grilled ham and cheese is great. As well as the pulled pork sandwich. Breakfast is also delicious 🤤

We love this place! The comfort food is where it's at and thus place brings you fresh warm cinnamon rolls while you wait. We make special trips just to buy the cinnamon rolls. It is worth the stop if you are a local or just passing through and are hungry for some good warm your heart food.

This restaurant is truly amazing! My family and I make it a tradition to come here after church. The complimentary roll they offer is hands down the best one I've ever had. Despite being small, it exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is also very hospitable, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

I've had only one not so great service experience here, and it almost scared me to go back, but I was fortunately met with excellent service when we came back. Their portions and food are so good, and we of course love their cinnamon rolls. We also love the special banana bread French toast when it is available!!

Absolutely Amazing. I spent 22 for 1 person with a tip. Which may seem alot but it's not. I had the pork tenderloin breakfast. Everything was hot and made to perfection. I'm a huge foodie and try many places. It's very very rare that I have nothing negative to say. Quality, atmosphere, price, speed, temperature. Literally everythingbead perfect. Wish other places took notes

It’s always a pleasant surprise when you’re greeted with good service and baked goods. The cinnamon roll that was served when we sat down was a great start to a good lunch. We came at 2p and missed the rush, i had the chili which comes loaded and with a great portion of cornbread. My husband got the prime rib burrito (recommended by waitress). We finished with a piece of homemade coconut cream pie, which was great. We always like when you can get an authentic homemade pie versus the frozen ones that most places serve nowadays. This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back.

I LOVE IT HERE SO MUCH! I’m never disappointed. Me and my siblings ate there today(12/30/23) when it was super busy, and they said we had to wait 10 minutes for our seats, but we only waited 5. Our server, Liz was super helpful, and kind. She even offered to take our picture when she saw us struggling 😂 and the food was just amazing. We got 3 neighborhood blts, and a veggie melt. I feel like my order was somewhat complicated, but Liz did not complain, and we got our food about 10-15 minutes after ordering. I 100% recommend this place!

We have been there twice now and love it. They greet you well, the place is clean, and their food is great and on point with our specific requests! One of our go to places for sure!

Fun vibes, great service, and really good food. Be sure to try the pork belly burnt ends. It is unique, savory, and flavorful. Bottle mimosa are limited to 4 per hour per person, but that’s our customers fault, not the restaurant. It’s still worth the value.

I don't live here, but this has become my new favorite breakfast place. Free cinnamon rolls, great service and coffee, and the Everything Skillet was fantastic. I wish I could eat here more often!

Love that they give you a cinnamon roll when you're seated! Food is great but the employees deserve a shout out. Went there today around 1pm. They were kinda busy and apparently short staffed. There was an issue with my order, the server apologized and told me my order was on the house. I refused. Because I knew she was basically doing the work of 2 people since someone else had called in earlier. I could tell she was frustrated and doing the best she could with such a full house. I'll take a meal on the house when the situation calls for it. This one didn't. With the way things are right now I feel it's so important to show grace and appreciate the people that are working and trying their best to do what they can. I wish I would've gotten her name but I didn't. Anyways, love going here not only for the food but the employees and atmosphere as well! #supportlocal 🙂

This place opened before I was born and has been a go-to my entire life. I can't imagine Lee's Summit without it. Will forever adore their cinnamon rolls. If you want that small town feel, you gotta check this place out.

I don't normally go out for breakfast because I don't feel like peopling yet. This breakfast was so good that I quickly didn't mind anyone. I had the chorizo skillet. I loved it. The green salsa that is on this dish is delicious.

Can’t say enough about this place! Lisa our waitress was so friendly and helpful…great job! The food was amazing! Love the free cinnamon rolls that they give before the meal! And love the atmosphere with the historic new papers on the wall!

Drinks were never empty, amazing server who helped find food for my wife with celiacs, and the cinnamon rolls are like chips and salsa. Oh my god they are amazing.

Great food, but the seating is very cramped. Service is pretty good. Prices are decent for the kind of food and portions. The free cinnamon rolls are a great perk though!
