Tina was an amazing employee. She was able to get us a bunch of money off jewelry and was super kind. I had no idea I could trade in my old ring for new. I highly recommend Tina if you are ever in this Kay jewelers! She definitely deserves a raise! She went above and beyond for us! THANK YOU TINA!!

Peggy is phenomenal, she is nice, she takes her time and does not rush people or force purchases on you. She has a smile on her face and is VERRYYY patient. There was a total of 5 workers there and she was the only one who helped and did it in a way where we did not seem like we were bothering her being there.

In the short time that we was here Tina became friends with our daughters and taught us a little bit more than just jewelry! Most educational purchase at a jewelry store we have ever made. Kay's jewelry has been around for as long as I can remember and with employees like her I see why

Ed was phenomenal! My wife lost her wedding ring a few months ago. Called The independence center Kay jewelers and spoke with Ed. Told him what it happened and he said that he would research my purchase history and look into it and see what it would take to replace the ring exactly. Within a few hours he had the ring and bands on their way to our local store to have the ring replaced. Unbelievable service! Definitely going back!

Last year I bought a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from Roman. This November 2022 my dad wanted to buy mom a beautiful diamond ring for Christmas. With my dad having prosthetic legs going to the mall is a big deal. Today we went to pick up one of the rings we bought from Sarah last month and as soon as we walked in she remembered our faces and her and another sweet lady I sadly didn’t catch her name but will when I pick up my ring treated us like gold. I’m all about great customer service and from now on Kay’s Is where we will go. I even bought my husbands band from here for our wedding anniversary. ❤💎💍😍

I took my wedding ring into Kay's for repairs. I had lost a diamond out of the wrap and the prongs on my solitaire diamond had gone flat and the diamond had become loose and when I went in and spoke with Stephanie she made me feel very comfortable about leaving my ring with them for the repairs she told me that it would take about 2 weeks for the repairs and in fact it took a little less than 2 weeks to get my ring back and the ring looks brand new and they did an amazing job with the repairs. They made the process simple and my experience was amazing with them Ed and Stephanie and their team was amazing and again my ring looks wonderful and thank you guys so much for the job that you did I would definitely recommend everybody to Kay Jewelers for any repairs that you might need done on your jewelry.

It was a great exsperiance with Tina as are sales rep she was great at her job and even enjoyed a great personal conversation about special needs children . Thank you for the time spent with us and help picking out the ring my wife wanted. Thank you.
