By far the best salesman ever! Rob went above and beyond, he was so kind, very informative, and so knowledgeable I couldn't believe it! He really took the time with me, to understand my sleep habits and any physical problems that I am dealing with. He really helped me find what I was looking for! You can tell that he cares about people, about the business and likes his job! You just don't see that anymore! He has taken the time to learn all there is to know about basically sleeping! I would definitely say go to Rob at Blue Springs Mattress Firm if you want the best quality, the best treatment and
the best mattress! He is not a salesman who drives you crazy either! That means allot to me! He gave me time to look around, try some and then answer any questions I had. He asked good questions about my sleep style habits

I wasn’t sure exactly what I planned to purchase when I headed in. Rob helped me pick a mattress that is I could immediately tell was perfect. I tried several mattresses and ended up with the one he recommended the first time. He was a great salesman—incredibly knowledgeable and seemed really genuine. Aside from that, he was very personable and it was a fun experience.

Rob was a great help. He understood what we were looking for and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was NO high pressure sales just easy and honest communication. I would definitely recommend him and this suite. He made our purchase easy and painless.

Well I just received my mattress yesterday I'm so shocked up as it came cuz my daughter would be 2-3 weeks it came in 3 days good job I will be sleeping on it tonight and I will leave you another review. However myself and that mattress firm he was great very knowledgeable very very knowledgeable and really helped me decide on what I needed. Even left the store and went to a couple other stores to look around but the salesman at Blue Springs mattress firm he was the greatest I appreciate him he did a good job.

I finally came back to mattress firm not being happy with the the way it has started sagging in the middle. I was met by Mckayla who went out her way to make me happy. She has set me up to try another one and I am hoping this is a one time disappointment. I will definitely refer mattress firm to whomever asks. Excellent service. Thanks McKayla!
