Facilities are always nice and clean with many activities. There's lots of classes in all their facilities that varies in fitness options and types. Instructors and staff are always welcoming to me and class attendees. Lots of gym equipment and nice pools. Membership is very affordable.

I love the parks here. Today I witnessed a group of kids throwing rocks up the slide at The park on the corner of Douglas and Chipman. The parents never said anything to the kids to correct their behavior. Please don’t allow your children to destroy our parks.

Never had a bad experience. Great parks and rec department is one of the reasons we continue to choose to live in Lee's Summit.

Gorgeous, well-maintained parks with creative play equipment for our children to play and adults to enjoy too! We love the Legacy Community Center also. The staff are always friendly and have helped my daughter to get over her separation anxiety in the child room. Now, she is happy to go and runs out of my arms! As new residents of Lee’s Summit, we have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of Parks & Recreation thus far and look forward to being long time members

Called the Parks and Rec.regarding weeds that were blocking the sidewalk at Upper Banner park. The next day the y had sent two men to clean up the area. Superb job guys!

Bathroom was locked today. Called them and they came out and unlocked the door. Also sent someone out to empty the trash.

As a new member I was dismayed this am to see a foot of foam rise from the spa with the unmistakable stench of urine when the pump was turned on at the Longview site.
I then went over to the Lovell facility to look it over. There were more staff standing around than patrons, it would nice if our taxes went to maintenance rather than supporting idle wage recipients.

Before reserving a party make sure your skin color/race and ethnicity line up with the policy! Too bad 1 is the lowest star!
