I recently ordered a heart pendant from Legacy Touch featuring my late brother's fingerprint as a Mother's Day gift for our mom. He passed away two months ago, and I thought this would be the perfect way for her to still have a piece of him with her always. The customer service at Legacy Touch was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was processed and delivered in a timely manner. Their compassion and dedication truly touched me, and I appreciate their efforts from the bottom of my heart. Was absolutely perfect. And great timing. I wanted it for a Christmas gift for my mother. Couldn't be happier. I went with the dog tag and my own teddy bear. After looking at the reviews and figuring the size, I got more bang for the buck. I wasn't fond of the bear and pendant offer from the site.

The jewelry was 10x better in person. My silver necklace & pendant have a nice weight to it and was so shiny and polished. The fingerprint is nice and visible . Very unique. Plus it came two days earlier than anticipated.

I haven’t taken it off since I received it (except for showers, don’t want to get my Dad’s ashes wet). It’s very comforting to have it close and I find myself holding the fingerprint. Definitely a treasured piece of jewelry.

It's beautiful. The inscription was just as I ordered. I just wish this could be made in stainless steel so more people would be able to afford it.

So far I have purchased 3 items and love all 3 . I've purchased a white gold sideways heart pendant , a dog tag with chain and a sterling silver oval pendant . Now I want the new Marine dog tag

It is absolutely beautiful. I feel so close to my husband. I place my thumb on his thumb print and it brings me so close to him.

The quality of the pendant is questionable. However it doesn't really bother me.
The price was the most outrageous part, but to have my husband so close to me is priceless.

I received my heart thumbprint pendant along with a cross add on and they were beautiful!! It arrived sooner than promised. It was so easy to check my account to see the progress of my order. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I did not think a necklace could bring me such peace. I lost my father but having this beautiful necklace with not only some of his ashes but his fingerprint on the back means so much to me.
