My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Bill (William) Reifeiss and Sally Moore for any real estate transaction in the KC area. In February of 2023, my wife and I started looking for a larger home for our growing family. We had a cute but smallish place in south KC so it was time for us to move. At the suggestion of a friend, who previously worked with Bill, I gave him a text. Pretty soon after he gave us an estimate on our old place which allowed us to gauge what we could spend on our new place.

When on the buyer side of the market, there are two things I really liked about working with Bill. First, he was not pushy at all and very responsive. Bill did not try and push homes on us but rather let my wife and I find the home that was most suitable for us. Second, he was a wonderful intermediary with the other agents. The negotiation process when we were buying was seamless (helps that both sides were reasonable). For example, we had a list of small repairs that had to be fixed and we got most of them. Bill did a good job communicating with the other agent what the most important "asks" were and we were extremely satisfied with the final outcome.

Working with Bill and Sally on the seller's side, was equally as fruitful. Once we bought our house, our old place was almost immediately staged (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and put on the market. The old place sold very quickly and pretty much right at what Bill said it would. I was a little more pessimistic but Bill was right on the money. Ex-post, I shouldn't be too surprised because Sally’s staging had the old home looking fantastic!

In sum, we bought a house for less than what it was listed for, sold one above what it was listed for, and every step went smoothly. What more could you ask for?
