Location location location...nothing better then a Hot SB White Chocolate Mocha in the Crown Center Shops Lobby...beautiful experience!👍😎

This location is always busy but the line moves quickly. The service is great and of course the coffee is always hot and delicious. There is a lot of seating available.

The usual Starbucks experience but in a crowded shopping area, worth the visit during holidays bc although you need to beat the crowds, the decorations and holiday themed attractions are a kid's favorite.

Got my fav Ham & Swiss Baguette and Strawberry Açaí Lemonade + Cappuccino here today!

We haven't had a negative experience here yet. I wanted to make sure and leave a review simply because it is leaps and bounds above my local Starbucks. Clean, friendly service, delicious and consistent drinks. I was more than happy with my drink and this is more caramel than I've seen in any Starbucks drink- and I always order caramel. 😊

The service here is great. They made my drink a little too sweet and were more than happy to remake it just the way I like. Service with a smile and they're pretty quick compared to other Starbucks. This one also has a larger seating area probably because it's located in crown center.

My daughter has special needs and they were very kind and friendly to her.

I always get friendly, prompt service every time I come to this location. They always get my coffee order right and it's pretty good. The only downside is that sometimes the line is a bit long but if I have time, I don't mind.

Just had cold drink and I purchase lemon loaf cake my favorite.

Great customer experience. They take care to make sure the drink is made Just right.

Customer service is great! But I would like to give a special shout out to Laquita the cashier! She is just a ray of sunshine! Just what I needed after that run!

Would recommend!! Evening staff is very pleasant! This barista (I think her name was Christy) made me a delicious chai and took the cheese off of a sausage cheddar biscuit for me!
