Costco as always is a great value for the money. They have an annual fee but you can make up for the cost of the annual fee by the price of their gas and the value of their bulk pricing. Thy The Pizza pies and slices taste great and are a good value

I had an issue with needing my check replaced for my executive membership. Several employees tried to help me have it reissued, but it wasn’t successful. After dealing with this I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, and let them know the issue. They forwarded me to the AGM Misty. She is the reason I am leaving this 5 star review. She was amazing at listening to the problem, taking accountability for the issue, and getting it corrected. She let me know that a check would available at the front desk but I had not gone back to Costco yet. Today, I received the check in the mail and I am sure it was because of her leadership. She really went above and beyond to listen and empathize with me, as well as resolve the issue. Best experience I have had with someone in upper management, she deserves a raise or promotion.

A great place to meet for a very casual meal at the food court. You can't bear $1.50 for an all beef hot dog and medium drink. I love the soft serve ice cream for $1.99. Awesomely awesome and you don't have to be a member. Just enter through the exit door. The prices have been the same for years.

Sometimes you crave a Costco 1/4 lb beef hot dog for lunch and what a deal, still $1.50 and that includes a beverage! Pic taken just after a rush, staff did a fantastic job cranking out orders and Sarah did awesome with mine. Glad it slowed down a bit for them. The crew at the food court has always been terrific, polite and friendly while everything is always clean! A+ Service, great work!

This review is specifically about Zina from the optical department. She was so incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me today! She also made sure I knew the price throughout the whole process so that I could change my mind if it became too expensive. She is the best!

These pictures are of the Sanus tv mount 360 full rotation. I live this location because it always carries Top Brands at least 25-40 percent off. I would comment on the rotisserie chicken and the food court… but we all know that it’s Amazing. $1.50 for hotdog and drink🔥
October 23- still holding strong to my review- good job

Interacted directly with four staff. All were courteous and helpful and saved me time and a little money. Dan (the door guy) directed me to someone I needed to talk to about laptops. Kimme (not sure about the spelling), helped me find a lighted keyboard laptop when I can swing it. Don't know the names of the other two. One was a brand new employee at the cell phone kiosk. Nice guy. Smart.

I bought LG 50 This is my first new TV purchase in 13 yrs.It has a lot to offer compared to what I had with more buttons to push. Wish they had included a little more info in a handbook how things work and how to navigate the screen. I have always been a Samsung person but think this LG 50 was a good choice.

This is a very great Costco and very close to downtown KC. It’s very organized and clean. Busy most of the time but it’s well staffed and they are very efficient. If you love wine this is a place to visit to get great ones. I get my seafood and meat here because they are fresh and reasonably priced. Produce is really fresh. I get my dog food/treats here, too. Restroom is always clean. A ton of parking spaces. Don’t forget to fill up your tank before you leave.

This Costco is in a convenient location for me as I can walk to Costco from my place in about 10 minutes. All the employees so far have been very accurate, efficient and friendly, during the entire process of shopping and checking out. There’s always a lot of people at this location but there’s never been a time where I have had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to pay for my items and walk of out the store. They may want to send a couple extra people out to the parking lot to have more shopping carts available as there are usually not many shopping carts where people are expecting them to be at. My friends and family get tired of listening to me rant about how amazing Costco and its products are considering the prices are sometimes seemingly too good to be true but they aren’t! Customer service is always incredible at any Costco I have ever visited including in different states. It’s my one stop shop for groceries, prescriptions, home care products, clothes, shoes, food at the food court, and their Kirkland signature alcohols too!

Shout out to a manager there named Misty. She helped us with something that technically wasn't really Costco's fault (it was the fault of the distributer of the lawn mower we were trying to buy at this Costco) and she went above and beyond to make it right for us. Thank you Misty!

cool place, got a squishmallow and found some organtic eggs and some kimchi. gunna try to make omelettes for the next few weeks. i am sorry if you work in the cubicle next to me or need to remind me to post the cover letter on my tps reports. this next week is gunna be rough on anyone working with me. thankfully, i have a fully audible gas relief system enabled. you have been and will be warned when im redlining it.

I went at the opening time. Easy to enter. I could not find 1 item. A very nice worker found it an brought it to my cart.
They also have some very good Kirklands Lobster bisque soup. I really enjoy it when it is available. Lots of folks there by the time I was at checkout. But I was checked out quickly and efficiently.
I love this store as long as I have some time to shop. Thanks Costco. 🙂

This store is amazing. It has the most courteous staff of any Costco I have shopped. And a special thanks to Shawn who helped me load mine beautiful new chairs. I might have to start driving in from the suburbs to shop here.
