I found out the status of my order, and she looked up an addition to my order for 3 corner shelves for showers. So easy to talk and discuss details accurately but swiftly and effectively. I am a remodeling contractor and have been using Pro Source for 15+ years now. Why have I stayed for so many years? One reason is they offer competitive pricing, but more importantly it's the people. Just recently I have received several unsolicited comments about how helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly Sarah has been. It is important for me as a small business owner to know that the people I work with will treat my customers well. When I tell my customers to call Sarah and set up an appointment, I know they are in exceptional hands. After doing a lot of research on flooring for my basement, I went to ProSource in Lee's Summit and spoke with Tyler Shaffer. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only does he sell the flooring, but has a lot of experience with installation. I chose to install the flooring myself to save money, and Tyler was able to explain to me just how to get the job done. He also provided me great advice on which flooring I should purchase. I am extremely happy with my flooring and the whole experience with ProSource and Tyler! I was able to use the knowledge that Tyler gave me to not only do my own flooring, but install flooring for my in-laws house as well. I will be using ProSource for all of my flooring and home renovation needs from now on.

So happy with all my flooring and tile. The sales staff Marsha Oldham was very helpful with colour coordinating the tile and amazing waterproof flooring to go with my custom made cabinets. She made an exceptional recommendation for a contractor for install. The install crew was courtesy, professional and cleaned up continuously. Marsha made my renovations easy with her knowledge and professionalism. I will return for any future needs and recommend my friends in need of flooring and tile.

Always a wonderful experience and the entire staff are great people to work with! I have an interior design business and have worked with Jana at Prosource for several years. She is great! She is professional, knowledgeable about all of the products and very welcoming and friendly. Prosource has great pricing as well. If for some reason I can’t meet my clients at the showroom, I know I can send them to Jana and she will take good care of them!

We recently did a bathroom remodel. We found ourselves at ProSource looking at all their floor and tile options. We learned that anyone can be a customer of theirs, not just contractors. They were very friendly and helpful. We chose our tile and later bought a box to do more finishing of the bathroom. They also have a huge list of contractors to refer to if you need one to install your beautiful new floor or tile.

Jana was awesome! My husband and I were working on a new build while living out of state..building a new home can be stressful, but not being present can be mind wrecking to say the least. We were also worried about working with a designer because I can be extremely picky on some things.
However, once we met with Jana, all the stress went away. Her design skills are on point. She listened, gathered some information to determine our style, and everything just seemed to flow together perfectly from there. At the end, our home turned out absolutely gorgeous!
I will definitely work with Prosource on my next project.

Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with! I had no idea what I wanted whe we started building our house but she took a picture I found on Pinterest of a kitchen that I liked and she used that to create our kitchen and the rest of our house. I could not have survived this process without her. I highly recommend her and the staff at ProSource.

We used ProSource products in two basement remodels. Our account manager, Wade Shaffer, did an excellent job of recommending carpet, tile, and counter tops for our jobs. We are very happy with our experience. I highly recommend them.

Staff is spectacular. Have worked directly with Connie & Jana. Their product knowledge is freakishly impressive. Showroom is huge and constantly evolving. We don't even consider shopping for flooring anywhere else.
