Scout Coffee

Cute little coffee shop that looks like it used to be a house. I got the peanut butter latte and it was amazing. My boyfriend got the s’mores latte and he said he loved it. He also got the s’mores pop tart and it was delicious! Service was fast and everyone was friendly. Super cute decor inside.

I love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is always friendly. The coffee is delicious. Not overly sweet. They roast their own beans and we now purchase them monthly in their coffee club. The pour over coffee is made to perfection!

Love this little local place for coffee drinks and food. A variety of unique flavored lattes. Today I had the rice krispy treat and my buddy had the honey graham. Both were very good. Also the chirizo and sausage burritos are delicious. Such a cool place.

We fueled up for our long trip back to Georgia at this cute coffee shop! My husband and I love to support local coffee shops when we travel and this one was top notch. They had many fun food/drink choices, a cozy atmosphere, and very friendly service. FYI, the Hampton Inn just down the street was a very nice place to stay. The people went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful!

Stopped here as we are heading outside of town, I'm so glad we did. Ended up ordering a white chocolate mocha and a root beer latte. The root beer latte was beyond fabulous! Probably one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had! My husband ordered it, but I ended up stealing quite a bit of it. The white mocha was delicious as well. Coffee house was absolutely adorable. Located in an old house, but redone in a way that has lots of seating and cool areas to hang out. The vibrate Scout gave was very nice, welcoming, and creative. They offer variety of drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. You do have to go in to order, but they offer and pick up window for orders placed ahead of time. Went on a weekday, and it was not overly busy at all. Drinks were made quickly, and bistros were friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody who's in the area or traveling through. Would go back again!

One of my favorite places in Blue Springs! Not only do they have great coffee and delicious pastries, the staff goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. I’m primarily a black coffee drinker, but one of my favorite items is the seasonal lavender and honey latte with oat milk.

A house that has been turned into coffee shop. Very unique feel. They sell their own coffee and other KC roasters such as Oddly and Messenger. Very fun experience would have come here often if it were available back when I lived in Blue Springs. But good place to swing by when visiting the old man.

Very cute coffee shop with lunch and local beers too! Bought a cute shirt and enjoyed the coffee and food and atmosphere very much. Met a coworker in town and had a nice lunch on the porch.

A nice coffee shop in an old house. It reminded me of my grandmother's house from the early 1900's. I felt a very intimate vibe with small seating areas in seperate rooms. They also have outdoor seating on the front porch.

Scout is my HAPPY place! Always such a fun and enjoyable experience. The Scout team goes above and beyond to make you feel extra special, I often take their recommendations on coffee drinks! My current favorite is the pistachio latte with oat milk, runner ups being the blackberry mocha and honey lavender latte. My kids love the homemade protein balls and Scratch Bakery goodies particularly the sugar cookies and pop tarts, yum! The quiche is delightful if you're looking for something hearty. They now roast their own beans! The coffee is smooth and delicious and their seasonal drinks are always a nice treat. They offer many alternatives and options if you have any dietary restrictions/preferences. Very creative minds behind it all. They have such big hearts and smiles, the energy is just so joyful and refreshing from the moment you walk in. It's apparent that they take great pride in what they do and that they truly care for this community (it's all about "Coffee and Kindness")! If you are looking for a small, quant, cozy, coffee shop that is off the beaten path in Blue Springs, Scouts is the place to go. I ordered the GF sausage and pepper quiche with the snickerdoodle latte. The perfect way to start my day. There are several different rooms to sit in as well. Lovely staff and a awesome coffee selection.

I love the atmosphere of this place. Service is always good at this location. Their seasonal menu is a fun way to change up what you get. This place being a converted house gives it a warm inviting feel. I love that it is a local business with the mind of bringing people together.

Wonderful coffee in a great environment. Seems that they converted an old house into a coffee shop. Inside was very clean and modern. Outside was comfy and the porch type setting provided a great breeze. The staff was kind and helpful in my process of making a decision on what to drink. After I received my drink the employee even asked if I enjoyed it or not because he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Great coffee and environment for a chat. I'll be returning when I can.

I can not recommend Scout Coffee enough. This is the best local coffee shop in the area. Their homemade pastries, breakfast burritos, and every coffee on the board is so good. The environment is so warm and I always get my best work done at Scout! You just feel at home here

What a fun coffee house! Stopped in for a drink on the way home! Hot Girl summer iced (w oat milk) is fabulous! Grabbed a locally made pop tart as well! If I were a local, I’d be here regularly! Excellent service, yummy product and a great vibe!

Wonderful coffeehouse with a warm, cozy feel. You can smell the deliciousness as soon as you walk in the door- and we were amazed by the wide variety of flavored coffees and specials. Had the hot Nutella and cold snickerdoodle latte. They were so delicious! The staff was very warm and enviting - I wished I lived near by because this would become by go-ti coffee shop.

great customer service and super sweet! gave me recommendations since i was a first timer and i will be returning. probably the best coffee shop ive ever been to.

Lots of great coffee choices and delicious deserts. The burrito looked amazing.

By far my favorite coffee place in Blue Springs. Employees are super nice, coffee is amazing, the vibes are always so chill, and it’s such a light and cozy feeling.
(Plus I like that the employees have their own regulars and it’s fun to see the friendships between everybody, even you don’t know them.)
If you don’t know what to get, I highly recommend the thin mint latte :)
