Oh.my goodness! The care that Mr Johnson handled my repair of my old lamp was like I was his most valuable customer. It was a step back in time for him to explain every detail they had performed. It was such a rewarding experience. They will be my lighting lamp repairing family for life.

Randy was absolutely amazing to work with when building a home. He spent so much time going over our design and style. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. All of the staff is great. Best lighting and staff in the area. The staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. They sat down with me, identified my style and made suggestions. They made the selection process for our new home very easy and pleasant. They keep up on all the latest trends as well as classic styles. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.

I purchased a couple fixtures and one of them started making a popping noise about 30 minutes after the light was shut off. I called up and spoke with Randy the owner. He said he's never heard of that happening in all his years of being in the business. Instead of brushing me off because it was something different, he said I could just return it and order a new one. I did that and it happened again. This time he wanted to come out and listen to it. While not as loud as it had been, the fixture did make the noise. He offered to order another one, but we decided on a different model. Because of the price difference, he was willing to help out. The whole time it was obvious he and his staff were more concerned with customer service than trying to discredit my claim. 100% satisfied with their service and new lights!

This family is freaking amazing! They have taken care of my residential as well as commercial needs and you would be crazy to go anywhere else for lighting other than Premier Lighting and Hardware. Their selection is epic and their prices are phenomenal! Thank you Johnson family for everything you've done!

What a great staff they have here. They carry all your lighting needs and are incredibly helpful with your project. The only thing they lack really is that they don't have that many things on the showroom and in stock. They would benefit with a greater inventory. With that said, their prices are very competitive and staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Jeff is great to work with. We built a house in Lee's Summit, and the painters did not caulk around the electrical disconnect for the AC. As a result, rain water got in and damaged one of the wires. Jeff came out and replaced the wire for free, even though his team wasn't responsible for the damage. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone because they stand behind their warranty.

My husband and I recently learned of Premier Lighting and were excited to check it out. We went in today with our 1 year old daughter. We worked with Ryan who was very professional and knowledgeable. He lead us around their showroom and showed all of our options. He even grabbed a few items that he thought we'd like that weren't on the floor. Bonus, he walked around with our daughter so that we could shop without worrying about her breaking anything. We found the perfect lighting fixtures and the checkout process was a breeze. We cannot wait to receive our fixtures and will definitely use Premier Lighting for all future lighting needs!
