JC... My landlord flat out refused to remove mold in the house, because 'mold is everywhere so why bother'... I had to call the health department to get him to come out to fix it... And then he just cleaned out the debris in the wall then told his guy to put the moldy decaying wall back up... After i told him not to he threaten to have us evicted... His guy finally put up paneling but used scrap wood to do it and it looks like trash. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my fiance... Not to mention that the guy he sent to work doesnt appear to know anything about construction or remodeling houses. Plus my fiance has repeatedly told me of his rude and leery behavior when im not here. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS. HE IS A SLUMLORD!!!
