WestSide Grill and Bar

Stopped in to ‘Westside Grill & Bar’ during a recent visit to Lee’s Summit for some light fare and drinks. ‘Westside’ appears to be a popular neighborhood bar with flat screen TVs, bar seating and ‘high top’ tables.

The menu options are impressive for a ‘sports bar’ destination. We ordered modest fare - a ‘Sausage & Pepperoni’ pizza. The pizza was served hot out of the kitchen, was well prepared and sausage & pepperoni were good. Beers were served cold, and were enjoyed.

Our waitress was attentive, in spite of a ‘full house’ the day we stopped in. We observed staff regularly interacting and serving customers. We felt as though we’d dropped in on a neighborhood gathering, as many of the patrons knew one another. Though we were visitors, we felt comfortable during our visit.

The only negative was the seating. Our ‘high top’ seats were somewhat uncomfortable and as a result, ended our visit a bit early.

I absolutely love this place. Nothing but great people and they welcome you with open arms. And one more thing I just want to thank Chelsea the owner for giving me the opportunity to come do some pressure washing for her. You again Chelsea.

Clean, relaxed, atmosphere. Excellent waitstaff. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely will return.
The fried Artichokes were awesome. The Potatoes skins rocked. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

What a great little hole in the wall find this was. I could definitely see myself as a regular at this place. Loved it!

Chelsey now owns the place and is doing a fantastic job! Michelle was our cocktail coordinator once again and we had a great watching the Mizzou Tigers win. The Keno numbers could cooperate a bit more though.

Been there twice in one week. Michelle has been rocking behind the bar taking care of everyone and the food is always awesome.

Great local joint with tasty grub and attentive bartenders and servers! Chelsey (spelling?) rocks and owner, Ron, is there at times adding to the atmosphere. Highly appreciated and recommend!

Was looking for something out of the ordinary.... found our new go to!!! Inexpensive and yummy!!!

One of LS’s older bars. Comfortable and quiet environment with good prices. Would recommend to someone looking for a good lunch place.

Friendly staff good atmosphere and liked the fact if you needed to smoke you went outside.

This is a great locally owned restaurant. The food is always great and they manage our large orders with ease. Highly recommend the tenderloin!

My wife and I were looking for reasonably priced taco Tuesday. A buddy recommended Westside grill and bar, so we went. Place had a nice grill and bar vibe... plenty of TV's on and all that. The tacos were good as well. My wife got two. I got three... And then I got three more. My wife shook her head in shame at my decision to enjoy three more delicious tacos. The fries from my daughter's kids meal were also good. We will go back. Also, I love my wife.

This is a great local bar. The crowd is older, which I think is cool. It is great to watch a local sporting event-- people are into it but not stupid. The food is excellent for bar food, and they usually have a good special. The service is always good.

Taco Tuesday for the win. Had both the beef and chicken soft and hard and the were outstanding. They also let us sample there homemade ice cream that they make right in front of you gotta try the strawberry if you go. Deffinetly a place to go for Taco tuesday

Love this bar & grill! Great food and service whether dining in, curbside pick-up, or enjoying a meal on the patio! My favorite is their deep fried artichoke hearts! ❤

Beers are cold and wings are excellent. Not much more you can ask for! Don’t sleep on the pork soft tacos!

Great vibe! We had never heard of this place, but saw it as we were driving by. Stopped in for lunch with our 1 year old, and it was great! Plenty of lunch/dinner/drink specials, and was still kid friendly.
