Edible Arrangements

My father sent me an arrangement for my birthday Monday. The order went through the Kansas store . It was delivered Tuesday and was left outside my house for half the day . Today I called the number and the lady had it go through store and was freshly remade ! It’s perfect ! I appreciate this stores above and beyond reproach to fixing the problem !

Great gifts, fresh fruit and good service. It's a great idea to send someone people can actually use and eat instead of flowers. The arrangements are well done and look great!

I ordered my momma an edible arrangement for her 78th birthday. She was happy with it. She said the basket had a good appearance and fresh fruit!! I don't live near, so I asked if they would text/call before they deliver and they did. I appreciate that. I would definitely order again and recommend.

Ordered for a friend from out of state, the new manger me to confirm it was OK to leave the delivery with the onsite personnel that was not on the gift. Great service and my friends LOVED the arrangement! You can ask for anything better!!

Ordered my mom an Edible Arrangement fruit bouquet today for her 71st birthday. Was delivered and she was thrilled with it. She said the fruit was fresh and lots of chocolate on it. This was my first time ordering so I called the store since I live 14 hours away. Spoke to Kallie on the phone and she was wonderful helping me decide what to get. We went to KC and wanted to have an edible arrangement, It was Sunday and they closed early but Joanna made it a point to make time for us and to make two beautiful arrangements for us. She was awesome and my niece and daughter loved their arrangements! Thank you so much Joanna!

I ordered some chocolate covered fruit for fathers day. It was truly beautiful & amazingly delicious. The staff was very kind & got my order out as quick as they could. They are overwhelmed with orders due to the holiday. Overall it was a good experience. I will be back for some more edible arrangements

Bravo! I purchased the $49 Groupon for the large assorted basket and it was definitely worth it. I didn't know how to redeem it online, so ordered it over the phone. The manager, Brooke, was VERY accommodating. She explained the order to me and helped me pick out the items that needed to be dipped in chocolate. The arrangement was a gift for a client - I needed it early the next day. They typically don't have arrangements ready before 9am, but Brooke assured me she would have a staff member arrive early in the morning to make it. Insert Rachel, the super friendly employee who got there early to put the arrangement together. It looked awesome and the pick-up process was so easy. Will definitely do business with them again. Such a fun and unique treat. And superb customer service! Nice job!

I called this morning from San Francisco and spoke with Jessica. She confirmed my order will be delivered this afternoon. Jessica was superb, answered all my questions and took a photo of my order, texted it before the driver went to deliver and waited until someone was home. Awesome service, thanks again Jessica.

Edible Arrangements is my 'go-TO' place, when I want to send something 'special' to the people I classify and deem 'special' to me! Although, they are a little bit 'overpriced', they have something for EVERY occasion! Again, they are my 'GO-to' place, I LOVE them and I shop there 5-7 times a year! Why NOT? It's a 'NO-Brainer'!;)

Sent our daughter chocolate covered strawberries to her workplace ( ordered them on a Thursday and was delivered Friday am)and she absolutely loved them. Said they were huge and tasted great. Would definitely order again. Thank you!

The only place I can order fruit for someone in the winter and it still be good and fresh. I have never had any complaints yet.

I enjoy the work but the staff....sometimes-sometimes...#uugghhh.
The work is not hard but some of the workers make it harder than it needs to be.
The owner is a great person and I do hope he changes the staff to a better selection of people. Ijs.
My stars are for the owner and the work not the problematic staff members.
Hopey this will change in the future.

The location is kinda hidden but gps can help that. I came in a little early but she was able to get it done in 20min so definitely a plus. Overall a great place, thanks for the service again

Pretty great place! Just don't expect to get much under $40. The smoothies are pretty dang good, just make sure they are using fresh fruit because sometimes they don't replace the fruit they use and it gets old and gross

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chaz was great! I ordered an arrangement for my friend who just lost her mom and when Chaz attempted to deliver it, no one answered the door. He called me and I explained that my friend was at a funeral. Chaz offered to take the arrangement to the funeral home, which was a huge relief.

Was really impressed with our recent pick up! The apples were super fresh, and the chocolate was amazing. Thank you!
