Pleasant stay! Morning front desk folks were a bit rude though. The older lady that worked nights was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was nice as well but the front desk employee telling me at first I couldn't use my debit card to to purchase things from the front (which I had the night before) only to interrupt my breakfast and go back to front desk to run my card

They are always clean due to the diligence of the front counter person we saw mopping after workers came in from the days jobs elsewhere to stay here.

Clean rooms that smell fresh without that smell of cleansers.

This is a good choice if you need a budget room. It's a nice-looking facility, the staff was cordial, and the room was clean. To my relief, no one had recently smoked in my non-smoking room, which has happened to me at other hotels. And the little toiletry bottles are Matrix, not some cheap smelly off-brand.

We just stayed at this hotel and while it was not the best hotel I stayed in it was also not the worst. I travel all over the world and the customer service at this hotel was outstanding. Every person at the desk and in the breakfast area were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. While en route I phoned in to let them know we would be checking in quite late, I also asked if our room had a microwave and refrigerator, I was informed they did not but that they could be put into the room. I was happy with this but he told me to hold on and came back to tell me they had an empty suite and we would be upgraded at no extra charge!!!! Upon arrival the woman at the front desk was very nice. Our room was cooled which was great as it was hot outside. The bed was amazingly comfortable, so much so my husband commented that he wanted that mattress at our home and we have a wonderful mattress. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous!!!! We were staying for two nights and did not want our room disturbed so I asked Sheila at the desk if our do not disturb sign was enough to maintain our privacy. I was told it was but that she would be happy to cross our room off the cleaning list. She also gave me new towels for that day!!! At breakfast we had some questions about where to get some things and the gentleman managing that area was more than helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel so keep that in mind, we had to go down to the second floor from the third to get ice as the ice machine on our floor was not working but in the grand scheme of things it was no big deal. I will take great customer service every day!!!! I also had to get a taxi one day and was given the best cab company in the area as well as the phone number to book it when I needed to, everyone went above and beyond at this hotel to accommodate all of our needs. If we are in the area again this is where we will stay, thank you everyone for your kindness!!!

Absolutely loved this place! They have a huge field for your animals to play in and I stayed in the smoking floor so that’s what it smelled like. It always has a familiar and inviting scent of smoke in a cheap motel. But the staff were very nice except for this old guy who treated me like a criminal at first sight. But I’m used to it because I’m not your average looking person. Anyway, I shrugged it off and finished my family visit to hell.

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because it was perfect for us. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks while waiting to move in to our house. We are smokers and have a small dog. The staff is very nice, we could smoke, the breakfast was good, the surroundings peaceful, and at night there are deer roaming around.

Very out of the way location, real close to the zoo. Check in was easy and friendly. Room on the third floor (so glad the elevator works!!) near the back of the building so it was very quiet. Room was ultra clean and odor free and neat in appearance. We will stay here again when passing through Kansas City.

Great Hospitality at this location. The front desk went above and beyond to help us cancel our previous reservation at another Days Inn (Which was awful). They made sure my wife and I had everything we needed to go visit my son. They are very polite and will go out of their way to help their customers. The room was good and so was breakfast. Thank you very much!

Minor issues but were discussed and resolved quickly by staff and management. Comfortable beds! Clean rooms and yummy breakfast. Our pups loved the grass areas surrounding the property. We will be back. Thank you Candace, Tammy and Micah!

I got a king size bed. Its so comfortable, if you like medium firm beds. Its pretty clean, carpets need a good deep clean, but that's about it. Doesn't smell. You can't really hear the highway too much just slightly and I'm on the front side of the building which is facing the highway. I brought my own pillows, (because that's my business) but when I was moving their pillows to the chair and they seemed comfortable (plush (synthetic filling). Sheets feel like cotton. Duvet, or "comforter" has synthetic stuffing. Decent tv Chanel's. Friendly staff. Good internet.

I've spent a couple nights at this hotel and the staff are friendly and professional.

The rooms are clean and I love the mini fridge.

The general manager "Tammy" does her job well and she really cares about the customers.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, friendly. First night they had no non-smoking rooms, but switched me quickly the following morning. Minimal but sufficient covid-19 careful breakfast. Parking lot not RV or trailer friendly, but room in back when not crowded.

Front desk reception was kind, hotel was quiet, very clean. Beds were comfy! Breakfast was surprisingly way better than we expected and good - and the gentleman who works overnights was absolutely one of the kindest people I've ever met. I believe his name was John - told us all sorts of cool things to do in Kansas City! I'll be back to check them out :)

As of late this is my favorite hotel for it area. it's well priced it's clean not allowed to have parties which is my downside but for the average hotel user that has to work a lot and/or sleep a lot this is the perfect place for you. The lady at the front desk is awesome and amazing because she has gone above and beyond my expectations and deserves a gold star and to be knighted.

Every staff member was very nice. I personally saw Kay at the front desk calmly handle a yelling customer and yet took care of the rest of us with a smile on their face.

I really like this place becusse they are laid back people and I enjoy staying there. It's not to far away from my home so I can still check up on things at home while getting a break.

The staff was terrific. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable & the shower was fantastic. I believe "Izzy" was his name. (Guy at front desk). VERY COOL.

The breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a clean room with enough beds to sleep a group of 6. It was close to Arrowhead Stadium, so we had a short drive on game day.
