Loren is an incredibly patient member of the team. Helped me find 4 great gifts. Was close to closing time and he stayed with me and took time. Great level of care

I shop at Home Depot about once a month for various things (plants.)

This was my first visit to this location. I only came in because I was in the area and wanted to check out their plant selection.

This is BY FAR the friendliest Home Depot I’ve ever been to! Every employee said hello and asked how I was doing or if I was finding everything alright. They sounded like they meant it, which is rare these days!

I have worked in retail for over 20 years now and currently am the Team Leader of Service & Engagement at a local Target. I will be telling my own team about this great shopping experience and pushing them to be as good as you guys are! Bravo! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Amanda was awesome today, please give her a 75% pay raise and remember what an incredible employee you had meeting me at the front door with a smile and helping me in several departments today .

I'm a sales professional, you cannot hire employees as effective and kind as this young lady was today.

Not sure why there's only 4 stars. I've had nothing short of great experiences from this Home Depot. Having frequented this location often during my house remodel, I was always approached by kind employees willing to help. From Logan Reeves in the tool rental department, to Linda and Andrew in paint, to Adam in flooring (and there are many, many more), I've been pleased with every single encounter. Whoever is managing this store and all of the associates, they are doing it right. Thanks for the great service and professionalism. Only thing I'd say could be improved upon (not relating to team members) is sometimes the app doesn't have inventory placed in the correct aisle it says it's in, which sometimes sends me on a wild goose chase. Otherwise, A+.

EXCELLENT STORE! I use this Home Depot for my rentals and every day projects. You're always greeted with a Knowledgeable staff member. I've had many issues with the location on 31st but Bannister takes the cake.

I love my Home Depot! I ordered some carpet tiles for my basement online and went to pick them up. In and out in 15 minutes. Everybody there is always nice and helpful. Next I need a bar sink and faucet, stay tuned.

I visited your Bannister location yesterday and was having trouble finding what I needed. A employee went over and above helping me find what I needed!! I usually go to Lowe’s but after this visit i will exclusively shop at this location!!!

Amazing!! Max was very helpful when we couldn't find what we needed and went the extra mile. All the staff was professional and courteous in the departments where we needed stuff from such as wood, hand tools and paint. We will definitely keep this location as our go to when ever we are in the area. We even got a color match to perfection on these two pens which I didn't think it'd be possible

This place is always kool . They have the best customer service. I love going to home depot 🥰❤

Excellent customer service from flooring rep Jordan on the phone today. She helped me for 51 minutes, walking around and testing different carpets for me and answering all my questions. She was extremely patient when the new computer system was giving her issues. Way to put the customer first, I felt very cared for!!!

I love how many options of plants they have and they take very good care of them

Literally 5 minutes i soent looking for my item!
I am a contractor i come to home depot aall over place 2 times a day so i know some items are not in display ( most of time overhead)
SHEW that guy its amazing he went to get a ladder to reach for my item even though its not his department

I do maintenance for an apartment complex this place saves everyday if it's not in stock that deliver it to my property love this store

I found everything I needed quickly in this store.
They were very busy in the paint department and I needed a quart to finish a project, and didn't have much time.

Then I witnessed a very efficient (front end) manager, Lori, who did an amazing job running the paint department by herself. I thought the wait would be long but she expertly got through the line and kept it running smoothly for her customers. She deserves a raise for sure! Great customer service and good advice too!

They are always friendly and have everything I need.

We were shopping for a grill and Tyler was so helpful! He helped us find the perfect grill and made sure we had all the accessories needed before we left the store. He walked with us showing us where everything was and giving suggestions. We bought a grill/smoker combo. The smoker is new to us so he made sure we had what we needed to use our grill when we got home! Super helpful and friendly. Thank you Tyler!

The store, not very well prepared. Luckily for you, your STAFF makes up where management is severely lacking! If I was rating the store alone your score would have been a 2 out of 5. I have been to this place multiple times when there was nobody staffed for a particular part of the store!

Guess what MANAGERS, if you don't have somebody for that spot, that is YOUR JOB!!!

I personally would fire the management and give raises to the staff. Just saying!

I made a large bulky purchase and the employees Ike and Mario went above and beyond helping me. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I received. We will definitely frequent this Home Depot for all our needs in the future.
