I would highly recommend First Pace Painting. We used them for exterior painting. The crew was incredibly professional and very positive. Every time I went out to take a peek at the progress, they were very friendly and wanted to make sure I approved of their work.

They prepped the house before painting and paid really close attention to details. We had several repairs due to wood rot. They were very skilled and we were really impressed with their repairs. The actual painting went really quickly and we are really pleased with the outcome.

I even changed my mind a few times during the project and the crew leader, Paul, and owner, Luke, were super understanding and reasonable.

We have used several other painters, but moving forward, we’ll use First Pace Painting every time.

I can not say enough great things about 1st Pace Painting. It is not easy these days to find a company that walks their talk. Luke was very responsive in all his communications. They came out and spent time to understand what we needed and our expectations. He was terrific in setting expectations for the results and what they would be doing for us. On top of a full exterior house painting, we had a lot of window trim work needed as well as repairing some damaged siding. They say a great paint job starts with the quality of the prep, and I am here to tell you they did an amazing job and far exceeded our expectations. The paint job was so well done and our home looks so great now. They also use high-quality products. The crew that came are very professional, completely cleaned up after themselves, and are hard workers. You can tell they all have fun and enjoy what they are doing. They were worth every penny and I would highly recommend working with 1st Pace Painting!

1st Pace Painting was my first choice. Luke did a walk around the house with me and I was impressed with the professionalism and that he could pick out even the smallest details. He provided me with a quote for interior and for exterior painting. Scheduling was timely. Prep work was done with careful detail. The 1st Pace teamwork was impressive! The team was careful with everything and worked well together. Afterwards, they did an excellent cleanup and my house was shining like a new penny inside and out.
A followup visit by Luke was provided to make sure all work was done to my expectations.

This was an amazing experience. Luke and the crew were very professional, kind, tidy, polite and genuinely happy. The crew liked each other and worked well together. An enormous amount of time was spent preparing the house to be painted. This was not a quick spray paint caulk and we are out of here. The entire house was prepped, and painted and it was gone over and over again by multilevel sets of eyes to make sure it was perfect. If they find wood rot their crew does it themselves there is no waiting for a carpenter to come. We have had several people ask who painted our home, it stands out. Their work stands out. You will not find a better group to work with or a better job done. I have used them for a large interior job and it was as good as the exterior. You will not be sorry if you choose Luke Pace to handle your needs.

First Pace Painting recently painted the inside of our house. They did an excellent job. Luke and his workers were great to work with. They were timely, careful, and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent. We would certainly use them again and definitely recommend to others.

Luke and his crews have done excellent exterior work for us twice on two different homes and I highly recommend First Pace. Their focus on repair and preparation before painting means a quality and lasting job. Crews are respectful and courtesy on site. We felt like they went above and beyond on small details. Luke is quick to respond and works for 100% satisfaction. Our neighbors were watching as they worked and were impressed with the thoroughness in repairing and caulking prior to painting. It was a big job to tackle so much wood rot and delayed maintenance, but the house looks amazing now.

Luke was very professional when he came to give me a quote to paint the interior of our home and newly finished basement including staining brand new maple cabinets in the bar area. The crew were very polite and respectful and made sure i was happy with their work! They took the time to prep areas correctly and paid attention to detail in all trim work, wall and ceiling areas. They did a spectacular job and i could not be more pleased. The cabinets turned out beautiful as well. Luke came by every day to make sure everything was being done correctly. I can't say enough good things about Luke and 1st Pace Painting. From the moment Luke provided me the original estimate, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and we were in good hands. So much so that we didn't even look for a second estimate. Luke talked a great game.

Best part is, he followed up that talk with actual legit results. He did just as he said he would and his crew spent most of the 4-5 days they worked on the exterior of the house on replacing wood and caulking. The prep work was noticed by both of my neighbors who went out of there way to stop over and mention how they noticed how well this crew prepped the house.

His paint suggestions were spot on and his advice was valuable throughout the process. Both Luke and his crew are the nicest more courteous contracting crew we have ever dealt with. Always smiling and very respectful. Every day they stacked all their ladders and supplies neatly in the backyard when they were finished. I never found any trash in the yard of any sort.

These guys respect their workplace and their craft and it is very evident. I do not think we will ever turn to any other painting company in the future. Maybe next time, since they did such an incredible job on the outside of our house, we may get them in to paint the inside (cabinets) in the near future.

We have not had the best luck when it comes to the contractors we have chosen in the past but seriously Luke and his crew were simply amazing. Kudos Luke!

1st Pace Painting did an awesome job on the exterior painting of our house. The prep work was detailed and thorough. My covered deck had decorative lights and things hung on the walls, so the guys took pictures of how I had everything and when they were done painting they put everything back exactly like it was! They were also fast, clean, and courteous. We would definitely hire them again!

We recently had our kitchen cabinets painted and my husband and I could not be happier with the results. Our cabinets look amazing! Luke and his team were top notch and without question the best painting experience I've ever had. We had a custom stain placed on our kitchen cabinets. They provided samples so we could choose just the right look. His team remained professional and clean throughout the entire process. Have used 1st Pace Painting for home and business for over 20 years. They just painted the exterior of our house and replaced trim boards in need of repair. The last time it was completely painted was 2009, also by 1st Pace Painting. We alao had several crews come in and look at our trim....they didn't want to take on the job. Luke and his crew were confident they could get it all matched and looking beautiful and they did!
