Got in and out. Nice clean place. Everyone was very nice and the lady who cut my hair did an excellent job. Shampoo and hair cut for $21 is a deal ! I'll be back

I always have the best experience when I visit the fine folks at Fantastic Sam's in Plano (Independence Dr.). Soliana is absolutely the best! She's kind, talented, listens, has a calm energy, is always smiling and does a great job! Her team is the best too! I go there often and always feel welcomed. I highly recommend this salon.

Morgan did amazing on my hair. Price was great.

I went in and spoke with Morgan and I already had color in my hair was a golden blonde and she suggested for me to try a beige blonde. I have never in all the years I have colored my hair used a different color. I love it she knew what she was talking about and did an awesome job thanks so much Morgan for taking the time to introduce me to a new color I would highly recommend this place

Kim is a lovely person. Did exactly as i requested. Got me in and out quickly and did a beautiful job on my hair!

All members of the crew are Welcoming & Helpful. Thursdays are "Men's Day" & you receive a Discount on a haircut. Walk-ins are Welcomed. I'm a Regular Client & am Extremely Pleased with Every Haircut.

I've been coming here for a couple years now. All the ladies working are kind and do a good job. I'm always happy whenever I need a haircut. I'd recommend this place!

My hair artist was Sarah and she did a great job I got to say. I am always leery of somebody new cutting my hair but I am glad Sarah cut my hair today. I did want something new done to my hair than what I normally get and I asked her to make me something a little like Keanu Reeves but let's be honest there is only one Keanu Reeves I do know this that's why it's something like Keanu Reeves. But anyhow she did great I left it all in her hands and she did not disappoint. Thank you Sarah, fantastic job.

Kimberly is my favorite stylist she is just awesome . She has a very friendly demeanor and is so sweet and nice to talk to. Even though I don't have much hair to work with anymore she always takes her time and does a great job whether they are busy or slow... I very much appreciate her .. make sure you ask for her when you go get your hair cuts. Thanks Kim

Got a trim today . Morgan is so nice and she actually listened and did it exactly how i wanted i didnt walk out with a cookie cutter haircut.
She made me feel so comfotroble and im usually so stressd about getting my hair cut due to past experiences.
I called right before i went in to ask if they were busy . they said they were not but it could change at any moment so i ran over and got right in..
All these people giving one star for having to wait maybe not scheduling on a lunch break would be a good idea.
And if you dont like the walk in policy there are plenty of other places to .
And if you think they shld drop the price just because you had to sit in your car ...come on dude. Their prices are already insane low!
Maybe go somehwere else to get your "Karen Cut"

There was a wait but so worth it. Abby, Morgan, and Kimmy we fantastic. I am wheelchair bound and they were able to accommodate me with no problems. Fast friendly service and the price was great. Thanks ladies.

I started taking my son here at age 6 (he's 9 now). He is severely autistic so it was a gamble. The hairdresser was very understanding and patient with my son, even allowing him to stim when getting anxious. It was a wonderful experience for my son.

I have been taking him to this place ever since, even allowing any available hairdresser to cut his hair (as long as they are patient and have a sharp set of trimmers). So far I have no complaints and know my son will be treated with care and understanding.

*Update* Stefanie along with 5 other staff have left the salon! Owner is a mess and watch out all of your tip doesn't go to your stylist either.

Stefanie is the best!! I will not allow anyone else to cut their hair from this location. Hope she never leaves lol

Hannah does a great job cutting my hair. She knows how to give me the wash, fluff, and run cut that I want! The staff is friendly and fun.

Love Fantastic Sam's the only place I can go to get my hair cut and they listen to what I want. Instead of doing what they think will look best. It's hard to find a good place to get your hair cut.

This was my first experience at having it done & I Love It !! She did a Fantastic job in spite of me worried about losing my long hair. But I will be going back to her next time.

Brittany is the absolute BOMB! Always knows exactly what I want and never disappoints! U can't go wrong with Stephanie either...both these girls r amazing!!!
