I'd like to take a moment to say that I really enjoyed working with the loan officer that I was assigned... Adriana Miranda! She was very professional, knowledgeable about products/loans the Credit Union has to offer. She went over and above her call of duty to research and find what the best option was for me and my family. I will definitely continue to do business with KCCU & will refer anyone I know that is looking for a supportive, fair banking institution! She is definitely a keeper!

Applying for and getting approved with a great rate proved to be the easiest part of trying to replace my car that was totaled by a distracted driver. Teri Tipton was excellent to work with and helped make the process easy and seamless. After getting all of the paperwork from the seller, I was able to email it to Teri and then come in the next day to sign papers and pick up the check. I was in and out in 15 minutes and Teri was awesome!

I literally had the best experience with Adriana Miranda. From our first conversation she made everything very easy. She took the time to answer all of my questions and got me the best interest rate! I will definitely be using KCCU again and I would advise everyone to do the same. If you want top notch customer service go see Adriana!!

Getting a car loan through KCCU was the most seamless process ever. I went online and filled out an application for an auto loan, and right away, Adriana Miranda called and emailed me to talk to me about the process and documents I needed. I purchased a brand new car and because my vehicle was in transit, I didn’t have the VIN number. Adriana was patient and followed up with me and I’m very grateful for her through this process. My daughter and I met with Adriana Miranda today and was looking to refinance her current loan through Ally Financial. As a first time borrower, Ally accepted her, but gave her a high rate. I was referred to KCCU by my pastor and friend, Anthony Mondaine. I had shared with him, some banking issues where I was banking at the time and looking for a new bank. I'm so thrilled he recommended KCCU, my whole family banks there now. I also have a sister who banks here and I wasnt aware of that until I started telling everyone about my experience at KCCU. It's been awesome! All of the staff have been exceptionally awesome and helpful. I usually have a chance to see my Pastor Anthony always working with a smile.Ive seen him with a customer or on a call, so of course I dont bother him. However, he always come by with his bright smile and checks on me and my children, who also have accounts there!! Thank you Pastor Anthony for recommending KCCU!! Thank you KCCU for a great bank experience!!!!

Love my credit union! Been with them thru thick and thin. They helped me even while going thru a bankruptcy and divorce. And always always has given great advise and stood by me. I had a almost 100.00 over charge to my account by a shadey hotel. And they helped me fight the charge and I won. Got my 87 bucks back.
Only thing I wish is the northland location was open a couple of Saturdays a month. I don't need it even week but gosh even once a month would be helpful. Or maybe a later evening like to 7 once a month.
