Great service! I suffer from thin and breaking hair after some major health issues. I was told my many other stylist that there was nothing they could do other than offer me a 'quick weave'. I had honestly went into a depression behind my hair.
I than came across an ad for Hollywood hair clinics so I gave Mrs.Anna a call. She was very pleasant and offered me a free consultation that same week. Reluctant but I went. When I walked in the salon I was in complete amazement! Anna was very calming and knowledgeable at my situation and offered me several options other than a wig!
Not only was the salon very private, clean and professional, but I noticed that all the stylist had there own private suites! My appointment was a few days later, and I was completely satisfied with the quality of hair extensions she offers, the one on one appointment and the overall customer care that I was given. I am now a lifelong customer!!

Amazing customer service!! The professional salon was an added bonus. I was able to get in and out and my Virgin Hair Extensions were the best!! No shedding at all. My install was very secure, not at all tight but secure and Anna says it will last for up to 4 months. I am 100% happy with my experience, my service, my style and the beautiful salon. The BEST in KC in frontals, sewns, frontal wigs and growing your hair back! Her virgin hair is amazing. I haven't had any problems and it has been a almost two years. I LOVE my stylist and her services. She provides very professional services in a very clean/ relaxed salon. My appointment was one on one and she was very consistent in what she told me she would provide.

Had my nieces hair done there and she has some very special needs as it relates to her hair. The shop is very discreet and she does great work! I would highly recommend this shop if you need good service and she took the time to teach my niece how to take care of her hair.

If you want someone reliable, Anna is not it. After being stood up one two different occasions with no call, no text, and no response to emails, I refuse to EVER call her again for service. I had an event that I had to go to and because she didn’t show, I had to scramble to find someone to do my hair last minute. Customer Service and professionalism go a long way. You have been warned by several people in these reviews. Go at your own risk. If I could give her negative stars I would.

Not dependable at all. Spoke to Anna and she said she was fixing her family dinner plates at the moment, but would text me back to confirm a consult appt. for 10am for the following day, because she was sure 10am would be a good time, since she had someone reschedule. Well Anna never text or called, so the following morning, about an hour before 10am, I called her to see if she forgot and if the 10am appt time was still good. She didn't answer, but sent me a text to say she was in the shower and 11am would be a better time. So, I live in Lee's Summit, about a 20 minute drive to her Raytown Salon address that she text me. As I'm almost to her salon, I get a text from her 8 mins before the 11am appt. she scheduled saying that she just had an personal emergency and could reschedule my appt. for the following day at 12pm. She said that she was going to accomodate me and her clients by coming in to work on her day off. I wished her well and accepted the rescheduled appt. Well, I get a text from her an hour before my rescheduled appt. telling me that she is at church and has an event meeting that she wasn't aware of and therefore needed to reschedule my appt. for the following day. Omg, like really?? I declined the appt. and booked with another Salon, because obviously, reliability and honesty is not a strength for this business. Good luck.

Disgusting. This is a basement salon. Don't believe the lies. She caused my daughter's lymph nodes to swell. She was in so much pain that she had to take the extensions out. Anna refused to compensate her at all. $500 down the drain. Her website said it was a salon. We got there and it was the basement of her house. Do the research yourselves before going.
