I just love them. I’ve been going to Dr Nikki since they opened their independence office and I have not one bad word to say!! They are always friendly and accommodating and they remember all their patients quirks and it helps the visit go so much smoother. I highly recommend!!

I have been going here for years. Dr. Christian is excellent, but also the same is his staff. Every. Single. One. They remember you, welcome you and skills are second to none. Best dental office.

After going for my initial visit, and now my 6 month cleaning, I can say I am glad I picked Kansas City Smiles & Co. Every part of my appointment was made simple and communicated clearly to me. The environment is inviting and calming, and visually beautiful! Dr. Nikki Christian's office is always clean and friendly. I'm always greeted with beautiful smiles and positive attitudes. My last visit was amazing. The staff that worked with me were patient and understanding of my extremely sensitive teeth, which caused for tedious work, but they never complained. I love this office, and wouldn't trade them in for anything!! I would highly recommend this dental office!

I can't recommend Dr. Christian and her staff enough! I had a very horrible experience with a dentist in Liberty, so when a friend recommended Smiles and Co. I was desperate. I had lots of work I wanted to get done on my teeth before losing my father's (phenomenal) dental insurance. They instantly got the ball rolling! Straightening my teeth has always been something I wanted to do, so when I showed interest in Invisalign, they again started right away! The staff at this office actually listen and work to get the smile YOU want. Dr. Christian has even called me from her personal phone asking how I'm doing/feeling after long, extensive appointments. Smiles and Co. have been amazing to work with and I look forward to using this office for as long as I'm in KC! Thank you for allowing me to get the smiles I've always dreamed of!!

Dr. Nikki Christian and her team were amazing! I didn’t feel like I was just a number like you do in some dental offices. Best dentist hands down! I’ve been to two different dentists in the metro, and no one compares to her and her staff! They always go above and beyond. I never have to wait long and their office is so clean and beautiful! Also, the way they are handling clients during Covid, is awesome! They are definitely taking all precautions and making sure everyone is safe!

Dr. Nikki Christian has done an amazing job of finding the right staff! They are all knowledgeable and you can really tell they love their jobs! It always a pleasure to go in. They take such great care of my boys, ages 2 and 7, as well as myself and husband! They are really a one-size-fits-all dental office taking care of ALL AGES! I was a first time patient of Nikki Christian yesterday. What a phenomenal staff! You know it is an inviting and happy business when you remember all the names of the staff you interacted with. Stacy the receptionist, Kristen the dental assistant, Amy the hygienist, and Nikki the DDS. What a great office! All very positive and competent and smart!

The office was able to squeeze me ( a brand new patient ) in to fix a loose crown on one of my implants done by another dentist here in town . Nikki and Hannah were great to work with and solve my problem quickly even though the crown was difficult to get on and off. I have already scheduled a cleaning and exam for the remainder of my teeth. Excellent service, friendly, humorous and professional.

I am writing this for my mother-in-law who had the service. She really can't take any pain and she was very anxious about going to the dentist, especially a place she hadn't been before. When I made the appointment for her I did stress this issue with whom I made the appointment through. I was assured they would take care of her. Let's just say might mother-in-law was so pleased. She's had several dentists over her 89 years and she told me they were the best. No pain, friendly, talked with her while cleaning her teeth,and they took their time. They did everything they could to make it as stressful free as possible. Thank you.

Dr. NIKKI and her staff are AMAZING! I felt the love as soon as I walked through the door. The atmosphere will make you forget your at the dentist! & the technology is something like I've never seen before! As long as I remain a resident in Missouri I'll be getting my mouth transformed by Dr. Nikki & her amazing TEAM!

I had neglected my oral health for nearly 18 years! Dr Christian and her awesome staff welcomed me as a new patient and made me feel comfortable! With what seemed like divine intervention, they were able to give a same day appointment and a 2nd molar extraction! I'm no longer in pain and I'm now on the road to recovery! There was not one moment that I felt shamed or unwelcome! I will recommend Dr Christian to all of my family and friends or anyone who is afraid to seek dental care!

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful and Dr. Christian took the time to explain what the procedure would entail and showed genuine care. Her team was knowledgeable and made going to the dentist as comfortable and enjoyable as “going to the dentist” could be.
