Michelle and her team are great property management partners. Their communication is great, they are always available and they are excellent problem solvers. Their guidance, expertise and customer service make for a truly frustration free owner/broker relationship.

I have had a great experience with MGC since renting here! I have been a resident at one of the properties for going on 3 years now. A special shout out to Tammy who has always been helpful when I have had something come up. For example 2 of the outdoor lights in my buildings hallway went out and after emailing her about it, they were fixed in the same day!

I was an MGC resident for 3 1/2 years (2 different units). I recently moved out, but have nothing but great things to say about Jennifer, Denise, and Audra who handled any of my concerns in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for everything, MGC!

It is a pleasure renting through MGC Leasing, the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve personally had Brian come out for repairs he’s prof, friendly, and thorough. When I call I generally always speak with Julie or Denise and they are so professional yet caring of their residents.

Rob was very professional throughout the time he came in for maintenance in my unit. He knows his job too.

I rented from MGC Leasing for a couple of years, and I really feel that it was a great blessing to have been able to rent from a great company like them. They have great properties to rent, great management of their properties, great tenant service and also have very affordable rental prices. When I first contacted MGC Leasing, from the beginning the office personnel was very friendly and helpful and up until the last day I rented from them I was very happy with their service. I rented for a couple of years at two separate properties and both properties were very nice, very clean and very well taken care of. If there was ever a maintenance issue it was always resolved promptly. The application process was very clear and the approval time frame was very fast. Both times that I rented from MGC Leasing I was equally happy and fully satisfied with their service. Everyone in the office is very nice and they always provide you the best service possible. MGC Leasing management personnel is great and very professional. Recently I had to move out of town due to business relocation. But I know that if I ever needed to rent again in the Kansas City area, My first call most definitely would be to MGC Leasing. When I decided to move out, I turned in my required move out notice, I cleaned my apartment the very best that I could, and on the last day turned in the keys and in just a few weeks I received a check in the mail for the full amount of my rental deposit!. Lastly, for a great home in Kansas City and a great rental experience, I absolutely recommend MGC Leasing

First of all I want to thank Shannon At MGC! She and her coworkers always showed love and kindness and generosity throughout the two years I lived there. During the pandemic they were very Understanding with me when I couldn’t make my payments on time they worked with me. I had zero problems with this company I mean zero problems they will work with you in any kind of situation and they’re very helpful when you need something done. I would 100% recommend renting from MGC and I will continue to spread the word because they know how to treat their Renters like family!

Our maintenance technician care of all of our issues and explained what was done. Very helpful.

Lived in a unit of theirs for 2 years. Never had any issues with MGC or its staff. They got my security deposit refunded in under 3 weeks and the only bit they took out was for things that I did not take care of that were clearly outlined in my security deposit agreement. If you take halfway decent care of your unit and clean following the security deposit agreement you will get 100% back. Any time there was an issue with the unit, maintenance was always there asap and once I left my garage door open and our MGC person in our little park actually called me to ask about it and closed it for me while I was at work

I have had a great experience moving in to my first apartment with MGC. Belinda was extremely helpful and patient with me and my many questions! So far, I've had a wonderful experience with the apartment. It's clean, decently maintained, and feels like home! They have responded quickly to my initial maintenance requests as well. Very happy with my experience thus far!

We had no issues living here! Maintenance was always taken care of when we requested. Move out conditions were reasonable and age of things were taken into account. Even after move out, they have been helping get our mail to us! We would rent from them again if ever needed!

We've rented through MGC since the summer of 2013. At first I hated it bc the property manager was AWFUL in every way possible. A couple years ago we were blessed with a new property manager, Belinda, and she's the absolute best! She came in, cleaned house, and now it's an entirely new neighborhood! We ran into extreme financial difficulty a couple years ago and MGC/Belinda worked with us every step of the way. She's so kind and caring but straight forward and shows no favoritism - we LOVE that!! It's been so amazing living here since she took over!! 🙌 She's a great representation for MGC ♡

I myself have had the opportunity to work with Shannon Walter, my property manager! She has been awesome and so helpful in responding to my every need! Especially now, with the most uncertainty of times, she has been a great advocate in guiding me and very responsive to ALL of my emails and requests, I’ve had so many! But her compassion is clearly shown, and her hard work and efforts have definitely helped me always! I’m grateful for you Shannon Walter! I have leased from MGC for about three years now. Being new to the area when I first rented from them, I was afraid of what I might get since I was taking a complete shot in the dark. However, it is now three years later and I couldn’t be more pleased. I worked with Jennifer for my initial move then relocated and she was very responsive when I found a new place through MGC. Tyler and the maintenance staff are equally quick in responding to request, concerns, or even the occasional quick question. I cannot say enough good, no GREAT, things about their level of professionalism, it also helps that they care about their tenets as well! Me and my girlfriend have been renting through MGC since August of 2018. We have had an amazing experience with our leasing agent Jennifer. She has gone above and beyond. We first moved into a duplex of theirs in 2018 and recently was searching for something else. Jennifer was amazing at helping us find something we loved, along with the back and forth of deciding to move. The process has always been very smooth and if there is any maintenance needed they are there the next day to help you with anything you need fixed!

Jennifer did a great job working with me to find the perfect place for me. This neighborhood is nice and quiet. Whenever I need any maintenance, the response is quick and effective. Tyler schedules the maintenance quickly and checks up afterward to make sure I’m happy with the results and Brian does a great job with repairs/maintenance. I love this place!
