Hill Park Pavilion

Great place to take kids on nice day...with the playground and walking trail it's a good spent there...they offer restrooms and BBQ grills which is always a plus!

This park is a very nice little park. We are having our T- Ball hear today and it couldn't be better. This is a big play area for the kids and lots of open area! There are also a few picnic tables around the park also!

It's always great to go to the skatepark..... I go there to take my little Schnauzer who is about 66 years old now... You just love to go see people and make them smile and take a walk in the park 🤣

Very nice park great for kids, skateboard park across the creek. Nice pavilion which can be reserved for parties and such. Laying down follow this park in my opinion is no electricity to even charge your phone and such. Except on special occasions or maybe weekends I think Independence could afford to leave it a couple of outlets on 24/7 so a person could charge their phone. People that don't drive that's their only connection to the world other than foot traffic or bicycling which is sometimes not near quick enough for circumstances in these trying times!

They have a very nice play ground with lots of slides. We've been there twice and really enjoyed it. They have a nice big pavilion as well. The bathrooms are open which is great when your potty training. The kids love it.

My 2 littles and i really enjoyed ourselves here. The equiptment is really neat and not all trashed. The public bathrooms werent even terrible and even had toilet paper lol the looking around the park, it seemed safely secluded from the busy road by pretty little cliffs and we picked up what little trash some other people were disrespectful enough to litter the childrens playground with.. But thats my only compaint. It was fun and i felt safe with my kids playing there with me.

I live close by so i am always around the park!! it's a great family reunion spot or birthday location !! it has electricity outside which is a plus and there is a stream with fish in it!!! we threw it back in of course but its fun activities for all!!!

The park was excellent. The girls had a great time on the climbing wall and jungle gym. I enjoyed the shady trees, the nice breeze and the birds singing.

Come here every year for my family reunion. Nice picnic area with a canopy and a real nice playground. The park area is always well tended and easy to access.

I always enjoy going to the skateboard competition every year to bring my 💺 lawn chair and see talented skateboarders there.

Good park. Exercise your 2nd Amendment right if visiting at night.... Just do it any time you go honestly. I give it 5 stars because it shares a simular name as myself, it is generally clean, has a skate park, and think that there should be more parks...or maybe more kids to detach from electronics and go and actually play....with real people.

Woops. Went a little of topic but it's something I feel strong about and wish more parents would take the time and energy to take their kids to parks like this.

Great park plenty of open space and they have a skate park . Great for children of all ages.

Quiet beautiful clean park. I couldn't walk around due to mobility problems but you can see the creek from the vehicle.

Clean facilities a good place to hang out for the day running water in a creek through the middle. Good spot for 4X4 RC practice as well.

Good price and was clean and ready for our party. Posted paper acknowledgement of the rental helped with someone wanting to occupy.
