Incredibly fast, affordable and responsive service from everyone at Collins all around. Aaron did an excellent job explaining things and working with my insurance to make sure everything that needed replaced got taken care of. My roof and gutters look excellent and were completed in record time. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

Phillip, Ashley, and Aaron were prompt with getting back to me about any questions or concerns I had and were pleasant to deal with. Since I had to pay out of pocket, Phillip did well to see how he could save me money and get me an affordable estimate. The most affordable of 4 estimates I had received. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and completed within a day. I will absolutely be contacting Collins Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Collins roofing did a great job for my roof in Columbia MO, they assisted my Insurance inspector do the inspection and helped me get great deal with my insurance that covered my roof and other things that were damaged. They did a great job replacing my roof and more other things. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there, best roofing company ever. Five stars

My husband and I have called on and dealt with many roofers to repair a flat roof. Several never got back to us after the initial visit, a couple were extremely high in their estimates, one did a repair job that stopped the leak for about 2 months. Collins roofing came out and inspected the roof, gave us options, repaired what needed it at the time for a fair price. They also gave us a reasonable estimate for full roof replacement. They are definitely our go-to roofer! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, competent, fair, friendly roofing company!

I didn't get a roof done or any of that but to say something about Jack Collins' character, I'll say he's good people and was there when nobody else was. Thank you, Jack, for looking after my property while I jumped the hurdle of uncertainty. You're the real MVP.

These guys were great! They got the job done efficiently and quickly. Also my dog escaped because he was scared of the roofing noises and one of the guys actually got in his truck and found my dog for me and herded him back to my house lol. Great company and awesome ppl. Thank you!

Collins Roofing potentially saved the life of me, my fiance, and little boy who is only 5 months of age. I'm a salesman, and I don't like companies that try to manipulate people for profit. They told me exactly what I needed without being pushy. They replaced the roof on my house, and fixed the leak on my newer garage. The other companies just wanted to replace both without really looking at it.

My roof looks great! I have been very impressed with the quality of the work and service provided by Collins Roofing. Aaron Collings, who managed my job, was helpful and very clear explaining the process.
I chose Collins roofing because they had done a repair on the church I attend. We had had a long-term leak that we just couldn't get fixed. Since they repaired it, we have had no problems. I felt sure they would do a good job on my house and I wasn't disappointed.

I would recommend Collins Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof put on their house. The job was done on time and my roof looks great without any problems. Aaron came out and gave me an estimate that was more than fair, while also being able to do the work in a short time frame. He is one of the most straight forward people in the business, and I had a lot of companies come out to give estimates that were "all mouth and no ears".

I was a bit overwhelmed by the process of choosing a roofer and he made it really easy with great communication throughout the whole job. Aaron talks to you as if you have known him and are working together, not as a salesman. I truly believe he is someone who will stand behind the work that was completed and fix any problems. He earned my respect and I have already told a couple of people looking to have their roofs replaced in the future to keep Collins in mind.

I had a strange problem. My roof wasn't leaking water, it was leaking tar. Jack Collins came out and looked over the situation and came up with a diagnosis. Him and Brian came out the next day and fix the problem. Always on time, kept me well informed. Great people! Highly recommended.

I would shout the respectability and efficiency of this company from the top of my roof. A very nice roof not to mention! Colllins roofing was tremendously appreciated. When I called after a big storm they were there that very day. I was so impressed since I understood that people all over our city was in the same situation. They worked with our insurance agent and got everything in order to make the repairs. They were efficient and not only do we have a lovely roof but they cleaned up everything too! Aaron even worked with us on doing extras not covered by insurance for a very reasonable price. A very reputable company and employees!!

Aaron came across as friendly, honest,and reliable from the moment we first met. All of the employees were friendly, and worked very hard. We had 3 estimates and all were around the same price more or less- however we needed the fascia and soffets replaced and new gutters. Aaron was the only one of the 3 that offered this service and didn't simply want to put a roof on which wouldn't have solved our entire problem. I fully support this company and I will recommend them highly. If you hire them you can feel that you got a great job done at a fair price and helped a hard working American company. From the ground up, the installers, project manager and even the owner work as a solid team. Gabriel was great to work with. I was hesitant to submit a claim through insurance for the hail damage on my roof and he helped me understand how the insurance claim process worked. Gabriel was always professional and went above and beyond delivering a quality service at the best price. The roof looks great and the crew did a good job with the clean up afterwards. I would use Collins Roofing again and recommend them to others.
