vet care is so expensive but they did go above and beyond to do everything they could and let me discuss my options along with taking as much time as i needed to say goodbye. I appreciate that. thank you for doing everything you could and making her final moments peaceful. they do not do payment plans

Updating my review from years ago to reiterate;
I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The staff here are amazing. Everyone from the front desk, the vet assistants to Dr. Cure herself are just top notch.

I never have any suprises when it comes to the bill as they go over everything in advance to make sure I am comfortable not only with the price, but any treatment my pets need. They take the time to explain what is needed to be done at home, and have called me multiple times to follow up and make sure everything is going good and I understand instructions or have any questions.

You can tell they truely care about animals in their care from the way they interact with your pets. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

The entire staff was wonderfully generous and kind during a very difficult time. A condolence card and memento were small gestures that made a meaningful impact. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. They took great care of my 🐕 and provided him with excellent health care.

Staff are very nice and caring toward people and pets. Cats may greet you when you come in and waiting area is stocked with complimentary soda and coffee.

Wow is all I can say, I had a wonderful experience starting from the beginning looking for an opening. They got me in same day! This was my first time coming here and I will never go anywhere else. I have been worried sick about my dog and his uti and have not great experiences at other places. The technicians were so so so kind to me and my dog it shocked me. They got down on the ground with us and took so much time to take care of my dog and explain everything along the way. You could tell how genuine they were, not like fake nice. I wish I had got their names but everyone there was amazing. They got me estimates and weren’t trying to up charge me for everything like some places do. They were straightforward and their prices are much better then any place I have seen. I was taken aback by their care if you need a place to go I would come here. .

Just recently started taking my cat here and we love it. Very professional and always find a way to squeeze me in with emergencies. Everyone is so friendly and so so helpful with my cats health. They show him just as much love and attention that I would give him. Will never go anywhere else!

Very friendly place. All employees showed a personal interest in seeing Murfey get get well. We will be going here from now on. Thanks to everyone there.

The Staff is so friendly and caring. Affordable prices. They love my dog and have taken great care of my cat when she was very ill. Made a full recovery! So thankful for everyone there.

Our cat accidentally injured her newborn kitten. She broke his jaw and caused a laceration on his face and neck. I was told not much could be done for him. Cedar Ridge was recommended by Northeast Animal Hospital. Everyone there was wonderful. The Dr made special time to see him on a day she was just there to work on a project. Everyone there obviously really loves animals and did everything they could to help this poor baby. The Dr gave me detailed instructions and demonstrated how to wrap his head and feed him with a syringe. We thought there was no hope for him but now we have hope and are going to do everything we can for him. This place and the people are amazing. AND It was so reasonably priced there was no stress over being able to afford help. Did I mention this kitten is less than one day old? Best Vet ever, she was so wonderful! Thank you ❤

My rabbit jumped off his hutch and broke his back. I was bringing him in to be euthanized but he passed on the way here. The two wonderful people at the desk were so kind. Thank you.

The staff have always been very respectful to both me, my dog and my family! Even though they are 45 minutes away, we continue to go there because they offer a heart worm shot that is more economical than any other vet around. They are very professional and are trained at what they do.
