We’ve been with MPR for over 3 years and they have been incredible! We live out of state and our biggest concern was finding a company we could trust with our first rental property. They are proactive, attentive and have great resources for any work that may need to be done from window coverings to annual maintenance. They have excellent communication through phone or email and always get back with solutions. Our realtor Jacy McCoy referred them and I’m glad she did, Trisha And Maria have made being rental property owners worry free. If you happen to own a property in their service area, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call!

As a property owner I've dealt with numerous managers in the Kansas City area and I can say none can come close to the professionalism of MPR. Their communication is top notch and I know my property is in good hands with them. They work to find solutions to problems and are proactive with addressing needs that may arise in the future. Unlike some other managers that I have used they constantly keep me up to date with everything and I never feel like I'm out of the loop which is important since I'm out of state. As an owner I highly recommend them!

From the start of my experience to the finish, Cheryl has been hands down top tier! I 10/10 highly recommend her services for anyone. She’s been kind, patient and thorough. I’ve toured two places with Cheryl and each time, her energy was beyond positive and in good spirits. She provides you with the expectations of the walk through to secure any current tenants within the home. She allowed me, on my first visit, to FaceTime my mom (in another state) so, she wouldn’t miss the experience. Her scheduling system is prompt and readily available for several times throughout the day for tours. She sends multiple email reminders and updates regarding properties and no matter how many questions I asked her, she never hesitated or showed signs of annoyance. She’s understanding and flexible and I appreciate all her help! Thank you.

We have worked with Midwest for several years now. As an owner, I appreciate that this team operates with good tenant/landlord/owner communication in mind. Though I am more of a hands-on owner, I can also trust that when I ask Midwest to take care of something, they do so from start to finish.

Tenant satisfaction is also important to me as an owner, because tenants who feel appreciated and are treated fairly reciprocate with on-time payments and quick reporting of maintenance issues. I feel that Midwest reflects this core value with their tenants, and as a result, we have good tenants and low turnover.

I would (and frequently do) recommend Midwest to owners who don't have the time to put in the work managing their own properties. This team cares about their tenants' experiences and their owners' investments.

We had just closed on our home before I got orders to move away. We contacted MPR and from the start they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of everything for us and alleviated a lot of stress from our move. One year later we are still with them and they are doing an amazing job!

I had a very hard time finding a good property manager in Lee's Summit. I found Midwest Property Resources and I have been so pleased. They are professional, courteous and conscientious. They listen to the owner! There is never a problem with receiving my monthly payouts. I am so glad I found them, it has made my life definitely easier.

My family and I were moving 6 hours to the KC Metro area and house searching was very challenging long distance. We contacted many property managers on homes that we liked and many were not willing to meet us on a weekend for a showing or accommodate our needs being long distant. Our search ended with a very well kept home in a good neighborhood managed by Midwest Property Resources. They were willing to meet us on a Saturday with short notice and made all the preliminary items so easy to complete making our move stress free. Since living in the home they have been quick to respond to any issues. They offer convenient online payment and have many lines of communication. Overall they have been great to work with and we have enjoyed the home! Signing another year lease!!

We rented with Midwest Property for about 2 years. We had nothing but a positive experience with them. Dealing mostly with Cheryl for our time renting, she was very prompt with whatever we needed or any questions we had. All of our maintenance requests were addressed very quickly as well. Overall they are great and we hope to use them once we own some rental properties.
