Raytown City Hall

I find the folks at the City of Raytown, and city hall extremely helpful and polite. I spend a lot of time in Raytown.
I'm reading reviews regarding a security person at the "Teasdale state building" and wondering why un-informed people are thinking this STATE building is a part of City Hall in Raytown?? If someone at a grocery store what rents space from a city is rude to you, do you go to the city to complain? NO! You should complain to the grocery store. Come on folks, stop acting like sheep.

Always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Sewer service will not return my phone calls to ask a simple question about my billing. They are "busy assisting other customers" every time I call, so I leave a message. They have yet to return my call.

Update: I tried calling a 4th time, and someone finally answered the phone. They were able to help me.

When constituents asks questions we, expect an answer, the following question has been asked several times by different people, still no answer. If Raytown purchases water from Kansas city water dept, why do we the Raytown tax payers have to pay separately for water and sewer, when Kansas city's water billing is all encompassing of both water and sewer. Why can't this be added to a ballot and put to a vote? And why is the FEE so high to pay your bill on line for sewer, it only cost a$1.95 to pay on line for water and apx. $5.00 to pay your sewer bill, paying a convenience fee and a on line processing fee??? surely the sewer payment doesn't cause for anymore processing that the water bill.

Recently bought the house and move into it, but Ray town looks like dead city the street never maintain , No sidewalk around the area. this city looks-like city with out any ownership. You didn’t see any infrastructure work activity by city administration. No side walk and no storm drain system, and no trash pickup service….so on. when I try to pay my water and swear bill ( which is separate and separate places) , I have to go to the office and pay my bill -just like the 19th Century billing system. I didn’t know yet how this City mayor using there budget. However, the area seems very safe for living,

City of Raytown patched the pothole after two years.

Raytown is now lawless raytown road at night dangerous no respect 4 law low IQ people tinted windows 60 mph or more where r the police u r on your on protect yourself CARRY

I just want to say that I think it is ridiculous to have water and sewer separate.

I have repeatedly called city hall and chamber of commerce offices and NEVER does anyone answer the phones no matter the time of day. So, even though I am handicapped and walking is very painful, I went to city hall. The phones were ringing but the women being paid to work were just sitting laughing and talking with each other. They should be fired.

The actions of that city hall not allowing the 1st amendment in that building is appalling! The security guard needs to be fired!!! Most unprofessional personal worker I have ever seen! Anyone on any job that alone city hall should be polite and courteous at all times and represent your town with dignity

Imagine giving your infant daughter a bath in the morning, only have to water cut out with any kind of notice. I'm completely current with my water bill, I wish I had realized that sewer was separate. I wish they would have sent a bill to my house, I wish I knew why I'm paying more for sewage than I am for water. More than anything though I wish they would at least catch up to the 21st century and make phone call before they take away a basic human resource from my family.

Saw Darth Vader (security guard) being extremely rude and abusive to visitors. She would not identify herself and hid behind a darkly tinted face mask.

City tow contractor stole my truck. Will not return my calls in over two weeks. Refuses to return my truck. City refuses to file a stolen auto report on my truck even when I told them who stole it.

Front security guard at Teasdale Office Building with full face mask violates civil rights and is rude to the public.

Very unprofessional security guards should be fired for the way they treat the citizens!
