I was about to spend an EXHORBITANT ammount at my car dealership to get a new key fob programmed as I bought a used car and it had only one fob. Greg's was reccomended by a friend in the car business. They were able to get me in ASAP, programmed key, cut new emergency key, and got me in and out in like 30 min. Saved literally Hundreds of dollars. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!

I called these guys in the morning to come out to Odessa Missouri to cut new keys for the RV, we were leaving town that evening and couldn't find them. They were there within a few hours and got it done, were very polite on the phone, had a problem-solving tone about them. I would rate them 6 stars out of 5 if I could, couldn't be happier with the service or price.

From the minute you walk in the shop, the employees are checking to see if you have been helped. I brought in a key blank that I had purchased online and they cut it quickly and had me out the door in minutes. Saved me a bunch of money and seemed happy to do it. Great job, Tony Tella!

I used them a few years ago, they gave me the best price quote by far! I recently called them again because I was purchasing a car that I thought would just need a new key programmed. They could have very easiest charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out, but instead they spent a few minutes chatting with me asking me about the vehicle and he arrived with the conclusion that a key would not fix the issue. AMAZING! They were so friendly, knowledgeable and fast!! I needed key fobs programmed to my car and I went to lock doctor in Lee Summit, they told me there was something wrong with my car and they couldn’t do it.. I knew it wasn’t true, so I went to Greg’s. I won’t use anyone else, they also beat everyone else’s price by at least $50. I highly recommend their services.

Greg’s Lock and Key scheduled a worker to come out to my home first thing in the morning on the day I requested. Dennis changed out two deadbolts and three door handles. He even took extra time to create a new key for my glass door. All the keys have worked perfectly since then. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I will highly recommend Greg's for your lock needs. I don't live anywhere close to here. About a 30 minute drive for me. I called a few weeks ago, got a quote for Nissan Key Fob programming since Greg's was recommended by a friend. Tried to find somewhere closer, but kept getting quoted over two times what Greg's quoted me, for the same service. Decided to bite the bullet and make the drive. I was promptly greeted when I walked in. Very professional. Asked questions to understand what I needed, not just what I asked for. Big difference. As someone in the sales industry, I can appreciate this. It goes a long way. So, I sat down and waited for them to program my new key fob. Again, as I work in the sales industry, I'm always listening to the conversations around me, and I started to notice a pattern. Every New customer that walked in was receiving the same great service I did when I walked in. Which was awesome to see. My new key fob works great. Great price. Great experience. Very friendly. Very professional. My only complaint would be that the show room/waiting room was a bit small for the amount of business that was going on inside. But honestly, that's a good problem to have. I'll be making this drive any time I need their services again. It's well worth the extra drive. You guys are awesome.

I want to give a big thanks to Greg Lock and Key for helping me out. Two weeks ago someone tried to steal my car and whilst doing so damaged my ignition. After being jerked around by another locksmith Gregs helped me out, they response was quick and they were able to order me a new ignitions and get it replace all in one week and came out to me saving me a tow. They were also very affordable. Would definitely recommend using them if you are in a pickle.

5 years ago I had a spare key made for my pickup at a Dodge dealer. It's a chipped key so it must be matched to the pickups computer. I had a key so all they had to do was copy it and program it. One key, $209, and I was there for 2 hours waiting, five years ago.

Greg's today: I had lost my last key so we had nothing to copy. I could only unlock my truck with a Fob I had. Estimated early afternoon, and would call when they had a more precise time. Called before noon to see if about 20 minutes was too soon. Awesome! Yes come on over. Arrived on time, made 2 chipped keys and one key that would only unlock the door in less than 20 minutes! So two chipped keys and a mechanical key in less than 20 minutes, $189.

Your price may vary due to vehicle type and how far they have to travel to get to you but this is a very good price in my opinion for what I received and the timely and professional manner in which I received it.
