Used Lindsey twice for custody. Won primary custody in 2019 and then sole custody in 2023. Hands down best attorney for someone that may not know how the courts work. Amy and Leanne are helpful on questions. And appreciate the team. I refer just about anyone straight to them.

Lindsey waits paralegal was absolutely rude and absurd and told my fiancé to have the CHILD ask the MOTHER if he could “have an extra day” that’s putting the kid right in the middle of something the child doesn’t need to be in between 2 parents. She also treated us as if we’re dumb. She said “we’ll if your daughters failing classes you should talk to the school, you don’t have to talk to the mother” like as if we don’t know we can talk to the counselor. We asked her what’s our chance look like getting.50:50 since we already have 40 and the mom has 60. She literally asked why would we want 50/50 if we already have her 40 percent of the time. Plenty more where that came from. Unprofessional and very unkind talks to you as if your stupid.

I hired this lawyer because I heard great reviews. Spent 17k to get absolutely nowhere in my custody battle. Ended up having to provide my own parenting agreement which I had from a previous custody battle because no headway was made in over a year. Do not hire this lawyer. You will spend all of your money for nothing. Very disappointed!
