Excellent customer service! The owner kept me up to date each step of the way on the work he was doing. He also made some great suggestions to us about options we had to fix our computer issues. I would highly recommend this locally owned shop to anyone needing help with their computer.

Dropped off my computer due to some self inflicted attempt to repair myself. Dave was quick to get on and get me back up and running. He let me know most of the programs would be lost, but the files would still be there which was the case. Still better than losing it all and at least I knew prior to him working on it.

Very reasonable on pricing as well.

I visited this local business to source some hardware for two older retro gaming PC's I've been building. I just can't say enough positive things about this business. The owner is helpful and very generous in providing what his customers need. For anyone else out there in the area getting into the hobby of vintage PC builds, this is a place worth checking out. Five-star, old school customer service you don't get many places these days.

David was a great blessing today. I took my wife's laptop apart to fix the hinge and was lost a screw. Turns out the screw is very unique. I tried finding it at hardware stores and online. I bought many screws and none of them worked. I went to One Stop Computer Shop and Dave was a great help. He gave me several screws to take home and try. They didn't work so I went back to the shop and David dug through is parts bins until he found the right screw. He wouldn't take any money for the part or his time. I would have paid a lot to get my wife's computer working again. I will definitely go to One Stop Computer stops if I have any computer problems.

This is the 2nd time that Dave has helped me with my laptop. He went the extra mile both time and especially this time. I really appreciated his attention to helping me resolve my problem. It's nice to know that there is a locally owned business that I can turn to instead of having to go out and buy a replacement. Thanks!

I can not tell you how much of a life saver they were today. He got me RIGHT in and was able to get me fixed right away. I could not believe how fair their pricing was. Hopefully I'll never have to... but this will forever be my laptop repair service for all our company computers!

Had touchpad issues with both of my laptops. Looked over the reviews regarding this location, and decided to take my laptops there. Dave lived up to his great reviews, and beyond! He’s really reasonable in price, personable, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He resolved the issue with my main laptop, and the 2nd one…to the best possible (it’s an old laptop)! Every interaction with him was open, courteous, & friendly! -Which says a lot to me in this day & time where customer service is lagging/spotty. Accidently spilled some pickle juice on my gaming laptop, they were able to let me know what my options were as far as repair and data recovery went. Unfortunately the laptop was pretty much fried, but Dave was able to help me make the best decision for my wallet. I ended up buying a refurbished laptop for school, and the money I might have spent repairing my laptop was able to go into upgrading my PC that had some outdated hardware. After getting my PC tower back home there is a marked improvement in performance and I could not be happier. You cannot go wrong with this shop!

VERY HAPPY with the Refurbished Dell Laptop I bought from you couple of days ago. Thanks So much for the fast, efficienct (but admittedly massive) data transfer service. Frankly did not expect the material on my vintage "Netbook" family vacation memories to survive its 15-year Coma. Delighted to also see the non-standard audio Nature recordings made the journey as well!
I've been composing photographs since Dad decided I was old enough to hold his old 1940's Brownie box camera.
Already delighted to Find old photos but also watch smooth video runs and find myself back in better times, from 14-plus years ago.

One Stop Computer Shop was recommended to me several years ago, when I needed a technology upgrade for a new music project. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and reliable, and I've been a customer ever since. They've built several personal computers for me over the years, to my specs and budgetary limits, including the one on which I'm writing this review. They installed and maintained an office network at a business I managed a few years ago, meeting our needs and our budget. When it comes to repair work, they've been fast and reliable; no waiting for weeks like with some other repair shops. These guys know their trade, and if I need repair work or an upgrade, I know I'll be down only a day or two. Recommended!

I took my laptop here because it was making a buzzing noise and I wanted to get an SSD installed. The tech (owner?) told me the buzzing noise was probably the fan needing replaced but when he got in it, it was just the fan hitting a piece of loose tape. I appreciate his honesty, he could have just charged me for replacing the fan. The SSD install was affordable and I had my computer back the next day. I would definitely recommend this business for computer repair.

Knowledgeable, professional. This is my go to guy with computers. One time I needed some mounting screws for a motherboard and he literally just gave them to me. No other place would do that I bet. Definitely recommend!

Would recommend this place to anyone. Dave, the owner, was super friendly, helpful and honest. My son's custom PC had stopped working and Dave diagnosed the problem and had back and running quickly and very affordable. If I ever have problems with any of my computers again, this is where I'm going.

Extremely knowledgeable and excellent in their work! I am a small business owner and have been a loyal customer for a lot of years. Anytime I have a computer problem, I would never consider taking it anywhere else. Dave, was awesome!! Great communication, explained the process of repairing my MCI. Upgraded my hard drive and replaced the top screen of my laptop. Dave knew my laptop is my life line to my business and took good care of getting the repair and upgrade done quickly! I truly believe in supporting small owned businesses and I will definitely be using them for my laptop and computer needs!

I recently took my 10 year old laptop to this shop. My son had his desk top fixed there and they did such a quick job and so reasonable, I decided to try them out. Have you ever been to Best Buy? This is the exact opposite of a Best Buy experience. I got immediate help.They worked on it and had it done in 48 hours. The fees were very reasonable and upfront...no surprises.They didn't try to sell me extras and gave me good advise on keeping my elderly laptop in best shape. Very nice guys, far above average friendliness and honesty. These are actual adult men in there, not high school kids, nothing against high school kids,but I understood what they were saying. I will refer my friends to go there and hope they stay in this convenient location. I went back and brought Dave a cookie! A real cookie not a computer cookie. I recommend.

Love this place. Went to Best Buy Geek people with my son who is building his first gaming computer just to ask some general questions was told I had to pay A minimum of $100 hour for the geeks to help and the just kept trying to sell stuff. We left look up computer shops near me and this place came up went in and was in and out with a smile. He told my son if he has any questions or need help give him a call.. Ooh an we have. Great help evey time. This made me look a small business different and he has are business. Those big companies don't care anymore. One Stop thanks 👍👀

I just picked up my fourth computer that One Stop Computer Shop has built for me. I reminded them that, like last time, I didn’t want leading edge, but I wanted to be able to see it. This machine is a monster, 16 gigs ram, 16 processors, and a lot more. Amazing fast. Just ask them, “what did you build for huey”. Dave and his crew have always been right on with builds, repairs, and upgrades. I recommend you go see them.

This is the second time I had Macbook issues and went here. The first time, 4yrs ago, it needed the hard drive replaced. This time my coffee split on the keys :( I was frantic, in tears and Dave spent extra time answering my load of questions. He was even so kind to help again, on the phone with my more questions, when I was purchasing a new computer. Also he recovered my priceless photos that I will always be thankful for. Thank you again!!! I highly recommend this place. Praying I don't need to go back but if in need... this is the first place I'll think about.
