Incredibly rude. I'm honestly sure how they are in business still with the way they interact with people. I was only there for 5 minutes before I came to the conclusion that at TurboTax I may not get in person help but at least they are polite and helpful on the phone.

SLOW. They also refuse to give time frames. After this year we are done. The last 3 years has been excuses. We kept trying to be loyal and give them a chance but they take on too much work and then have to file extensions that aren't even your fault. I'd like to add that we have a basic tax filing status as well no crazy businesses or stocks. Dropped our documents on 3 weeks ago called today for an up date and where told we would het a call when they are done refused to give an eta.
****update it has now been 4 weeks still have not been given an update.** update it has now been 5 weeks ** not even a phone call I bet we will be getting told soon that they need to file an extension.
