Hannah made everything very seamless and easy. When you’re dealing with grief the last thing you want is to be faced with a ton of decisions. Hannah made the experience as stress free as possible. She made it possible for me to focus on spending time with my family knowing everything would be handled tastefully and respectfully.

Heartland was fantastic in our time of need at the passing of my mom. I felt confident in how they handled everything. Hannah was amazing, caring and sensitive to my emotions. She also did her do diligence in some special issues we had with my mom, she handled it perfectly. I have used Heartland from before when my grandmother passed, truly grateful for their help in these difficult times.

All went very well, with the exception of the actual pickup of the ashes. I had called the Shawnee Mission location, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was informed that the pickup was at a different location. The staff was kind enough to compensate me for the inconvenience by comping me a very nice wooden display vault for the ashes. All in all a great service and value.

In a very hard time, it was made very easy to take care of details and get my loved one's wishes taken care of. Affordable as well. I was relieved that things were so easy. Would recommend.

April was very compassionate, professional and comforting. She gave our parents the dignity they deserved and made this difficult process feel like an extension of our love for our loved ones.

My family and I were very pleased with the service we received from Heartland. My husband had passed away in April, and they were amazing and very detail oriented when it came to what I wanted. We used them for my grandmothers funeral back in 2014 and were very pleased. Thank you to April for all that she did for me. She even had my husband seal painted a rose gold. If I am ever put in this situation again to plan a funeral for a loved one I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service!

We had prior experience with Heartland with both my mother and father in-laws. When it was time for me to make arrangements for my brother I called. Corey was absolutely amazing to work with. He took time to explain the entire process to us. My partner and I are planning on pre-paying for our cremations as well. We highly recommend Heartland Cremation and Funeral Services. Heartland did a wonderful job taking care of my moms final arrangements. They kept me informed of every step of the process and they were very caring. If I had a question, April got back to me in a timely manner and was able to answer any questions I had. Very happy with their services.

My mother passed away unexpectedly in August. Elizabeth and Andrew were so kind and compassionate, and did all they could to make my experience easier. The pictorial DVD that they made is awesome. All I had to to was give them pictures and choose what songs I wanted. Also, the service bulletins could not have been better. Their prices were significantly less than well known funeral homes and I highly recommend them and their services.

Hannah, the funeral director, was very nice to work with. She did a great job, provided an excellent service and did it quite professionally. I give her 5 stars.
