These guys and gals really do a good job! We've tried several other chain tire shops, but Discount Tire is much more organized and quite frankly more pleasant and easier to deal with. From the text alerts, to monitoring your car's work on the website, and finally having it dropped at the front door when finished if you are waiting - I'm very pleased with this business.

Jakob was incredibly helpful, ensuring I understood my order and double-checking sizing to guarantee everything would fit. His assistance made the process so much smoother. I highly recommend Discount Tires and working with Jakob!

Talk about a great way to be surprised on my birthday. Stopped in here because of 2 reasons, first, it is on the way home from dropping my son off at school, secondly, before they opened the store, several years ago, when I had my old trailblazer, I had trouble getting my spare tire to drop from underneath the back end of the truck, these guys not only had a better wrench to get the tire down, but they also brought over their floor jack, lifted her up, took off the flat tire and put on my spare all for no charge at all! Talk about a winning service attitude and the guys were all so nice about it. Well fast forward to today, found out late yesterday afternoon that I had a screw in my rear left tire and it wasn't going to hold air for longer than to take Rajden to school and to get here. I come in expecting it to be a reasonable fee to get it fixed and much to my surprise, the fee couldn't have been any better!! It was free and once again, everyone was so nice and helpful!! If you need tires, rims, balancing, a flat fixed, anything for your ride, these are the guys to do it! It may cost a few bucks more than some cheap shop, but you will never, and I mean NEVER, beat the service you will receive here. They've made a lifelong customer out of me! Truly a great store with a reminder of what real customer service is like! So refreshing and needed!! I wish these guys the best holiday weekend and New Year ahead!

I picked up a nail in a relatively new tire on the way in to work. After changing the tire to the spare (I hate my spare) I called Discount Tire to see if they could work me in without an appointment. Upon my arrival, they said I didn't have to wait since my tire wasn't on my car. They let me know when my tire was fixed and even put it back on and put the spare under the vehicle for me. The grand total cost for this? $0. Yep, that's right. They did it for free. I didn't buy my tires there and I'd never even been there before. But they fixed it for free with a smile. I will definitely be buying my next tires from these nice folks!

Discount tire is the place to get tires. Always friendly staff. Free tire repair. If you buy tires from them, which is usually cheaper than other places, you also get free balance and rotation for the life of the tires. I have been a loyal customer and highly recommend everyone becomes one.

Love this place! They are amazing at what they do! And a tire and rime change only took them 20 minutes for me anyways! I’m sure just depends on how busy they are. But yeah they are very good!

Got 4 new rollies with friendly service. It was mentioned that my sensor for a tire was on and they switched off. I appreciated that for the 30 minutes it stayed off lol not sure what's up with it. I don't care since I can manually check the tire pressure if needed. I'm always thankful to get my tires checked out by one or another Discount Tire location. Other businesses should follow y'alls customer service models because everyone is always nice and understanding. 🙏🏽

Awesome service. The techs and manager alerted me to a factory defect in one of my tires during a balance and were able to replace it as quick as possible. Great experience.

Years ago when I was flat broke I had a leaky tire, couldn't afford a new one. I tried the fix-a-flat diy stuff but didn't work. I went to Discount Tire and they fixed it for free, even though I was never a customer. Every tire I've bought since then has been from DT, that is how you win customers. Love that they also offer the small stuff like rotation and balance for free, things they could easily charge for

Ryan was extremely helpful and patiently took me in the shop to show me the condition of my tire and answer all my questions. Good service like this is what will keep me coming back!

Customer service was amazing they were fairly quick even with them being slightly busy. My tire only needed patched which they did for free. Will 100% be returning!

What a pleasant surprise. I went in with a leak in my tire. They got my car right in and fixed the leak. Then they said "No charge." I didn't think this kind of service still existed. Definitely a woman friendly car service business.

The service at Discount Tire in Independence, MO, is excellent. It's a smooth-running shop. We just left there so I don't have a lot to add yet but in general, we have used Discount Tire for years and have been extremely pleased with them. I highly recommend trying them! We bought our tires there and so we get them rotated and balanced every 6 months for free. I just put it on my calendar to make an appointment and it works great!
