If I could give this judge the worst stars ever. My husband of 13 years, together 15, cheated and left his family for his mistress, whom he just proposed to. I was a stay at home mom for 10 years and gave up my entire career. I had to find a job quickly and my ex makes almost six figures. How was he awarded our new house and didn't have to buy me out, I got no alimony, only $650 in child support for three small kids (which all goes to childcare), I can't touch his retirement (we cashed all mine in for me to stay home), I was ordered to carry our kids on my new insurance after 10 years ( which freed my ex up of $1200), he got the flexible spending account that was left, almost everything in the house, he left me with all my attorneys fees, and over $15,000 in credit card debt (that we acquired together), and I get to start from scratch. I don't make enough money to pay the bare minimum bills, so there's no money left to buy even the necessities for my children or the household. How in the world am I supposed to make it? What kind of judge in their right mind would do this to a mother who gave up everything to stay home and lose everything because my ex wanted to marry another woman who is also married. He has all the money and I have to get a second job just to make ends meet because he and the crooked attorney thought I could make it off my one income. Someone make it make sense. I cry all the time because I just don't understand how a judge and attorney could be this evil. My kids are the ones suffering, when their dad is living his best life with all the money. I hope no one in his family has to ever go through anything like this. Pure evil, all of them.
