Tires Plus

I came in on Saturday 13 January 2024 to get an urgent inspection done (without an appointment scheduled), and the staff was so understanding and accommodating! I waited in store with my German Shepherd who was warmly welcomed - I would not have been able to make it to Fort Campbell on time if it were not for the awesome guys at Tires Plus! Excellent customer service and I would recommend!

I bought my tires at Tires Plus about 2 years ago. Recently I had one tire that would need air filled every week or so. I made an appointment on Monday for Tuesday afternoon at 2. The staff and technicians were extremely kind and professional. They got me right in and a little while later they had repaired my tire and it was covered under roadside assist. What a blessing Tires Plus has been in my life. Always assisting me with my car service needs, my Go To! Thank you Tires Plus!

On this day I was at Tires Plus on Noland Road and I had an experience that was so mind blowing. The young men that I had my experience with were Ralee Odell the Store Manager and the Marc Anderson as the Sales and Service Specialist. These young men are a God sent and when I say this, I mean they have a heart that is RED. I am so honored to have chosen this location to have my vehicle serviced and to have met these two young men. The moment when I first came to this location may have been just over a year ago, I met Ralee for the first time. He was so pleasant and nice, it was almost unbelievable. Now today I met Marc Anderson and I must say I experienced the same mannerism. I really appreciate these two young men and I hope Corporate Office knows who they have in place that is representing their store. Prayer: God I send this prayer for Ralee and Marc. I pray God that you would bless their families in every area of their lives. Father I pray for supernatural increase in their finances, in their health, and in their endeavors. In Jesus name. Exceptional!!

Vehicle was left there the night before and o placed a service call online. I was contacted first thing in the morning and my vehicle was complete and ready to be picked up that afternoon. Thank you so much for your punctuality of getting my vehicle fixed.

I have been going here for more than 5 years. These guys are honest and do a great job. The road hazard warranty is the best! Big O Tires should really take a lesson regarding customer service from the guys on 42nd Street!

I highly recommend Tires Plus at the Independence, MO location at 13901 E. 42nd. They are timely, professional, and courteous. I ALWAYS take my car to them! And you should too! Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Michael is the only one I’ll have work on my car, he’s super honest and helpful. Also Frank was a big help and all the guys working are super nice and respectful.

Fantastic service! Very accommodating. The needs of my car were assessed immediately. I was given several options and felt extremely safe to have my Lexus looked at there. The store manager undoubtedly exhibits great leadership skills and the staff at Tires Plus reflect that.

Got in my van this morning and heard my brakes grinding. Made an appointment for 3pm. I showed up an hour and a half early. They got my van in before my appointment. Checked my brakes and found a little pebble stuck. Adolfo said my brakes were fine and there would be no need to change them at this time. They didn't charge me anything. Thank you!!!
