We were dreading painting our house. We met CertaPro Painters at the American Royal Home Show. They provided a comprehensive estimate, clearly defining work to be done both inside and outside the house. The project now looked achievable to us, and they were local. We wanted a team available now and possibly in the future. The field crew started within a few days. The crew worked hard and fast, and were all polite. They completed all the work, even the small intricate details. There were no extras. The house has never looked as nice as it does today. Thank you CertaPro, office and field staff.

From the estimate with Phil, to the end of the project with Juan and Aden as the painters, we could not have had a better experience getting our interior painted. On time, communication was never a problem with crew or office. Money well spent on beautifying my home. Recommended highly!

It took these guys just a few days to turn the clock back on my house. Patrick and Mike, the reps who came out to help me figure out what I needed and pricing for each thing done. I was very pleased with the work done by CertaPro Painters of Blue Springs. The entire process went smoothly from the initial estimate to the completion of the project. Phil gave a fair quote, Shelly coordinated everything from the office, and Jorge and his team did a great job on the painting. Jorge was professional and courteous and the team was hard working. I was amazed at the progress they made on the first day and the project was completed in less than 3 days. I would highly recommend their services.

Phil who did our estimate was fun, kind, informative, and fair. The crew headed up by Carlos was hard working, dedicated, and did a beautiful and precise job. They also cleaned up everything, including paint chips, every day. Shelly, the project manager checked in and listened when we had questions, concerns, and made changes. She was great. Very impressed with CertaPro and all of their associates that we dealt with.

The CertaPro team was professional and did a great job on our exterior home (3-color paint) and deck paint. They also did some minor siding repair/fill so that the job looked complete. The painter arrived on-schedule each day and let me know if there would be any delay or if weather looked like he wouldn't be able to make it out (October job, so weather was a factor).

I had received bids from several painting contractors and was about to go with the low bidder. I saw an ad for CertaPro and decided to get one more bid. They contacted me immediately to schedule a visit. I was provided an on the spot quote, which was significantly lower than others I had received. I accepted the proposal and within days the job was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and carried out their work in a professional manner as I expected. The job was completed in one day, whereas other contractors had estimated it would likely take multiple days to finish. Very pleased with the work, would highly recommend CertaPro. MRG

I called numerous painters, and CertaPro was quite literally the only one to respond within a week -- and they did so within 10 minutes of me filling out the online form!

The quote was right in line with what we expected, and they were incredibly patient with us, as it took the wife and I a few weeks to decide on colors. Once the colors were set, they were ready to start within a few days.

The crew that came out to prep and paint (well, it was a husband and wife team) were amazingly sweet, took care to move items away from the house, and even moved stuff back when they were done. The work was top notch, the color looks great, and we have yet to find anything they goofed even a little bit. I'll even contact them again here shortly to replace a few rotted boards they found (they gave me the option of buying the trim myself and then they painting and installing it, which will save us some money).

Overall, a fantastic and surprisingly easy process. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing painting services.

Certapro did a wonderful job painting my home. They were responsive to inquiries, and it was only 2 weeks from contract signing to the job being started. I've spoken with others who had to wait months for the work to be started. The finished project is beautiful and adds so much curb appeal to my home. Jack, Shelly and Team were wonderful from start to finish! They were quick to get started and to complete the job and very affordable. We had a wonderful experience with certa pro. They helped us pick a color that was perfect for our house. They fixed exterior wood issues and the end result was fantastic. They even came back out when we mentioned a few spots we wanted fixed up. We would use them again.

We hired CertiPro to paint the entry, kitchen and bath in our condo, and we’re very glad we did. Everyone was professional and easy to work with, and the painting crew was able to complete the job in one day. We especially appreciated having the services of a designer, who came to the condo and helped us pick out colors. We have nothing but praise for everyone involved.
