Very polite everytime I've been seen by the pain clinic. The Dr. and Nurses tell you every step they do to you befor and as they do it. Very professional. Dr. Chaplick is the best and very professional, really nice guy.

I previously had left a five star review. I am now leaving a 3 star review. Although I like Regus, I am incredibly disappointed with them. They are not focused on their customer. They are focused on their bottom line. After I spoke with one of their sales reps to add a new office location, there were other cheaper options that were not disclosed to me. Just two days after signing I learned of this, and they refuse to adjust my agreement in any way. While Regus can be good, be careful. Their primary concern is their bottom line. They don't care about their customers, even those who have been with them for multiple years.

Poor directory

They are the biggest rip-off for services I literally been waiting 2 months on them to fix a mistake made by their system and still nothing but my charges continually increase with no real solution. I give them 2 because I still currently use and the women in the office is amazing but the technical team and billing are horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. I don't recommend at ALL

Stay away. Better yet, run away. My company rented an office for a few years here. We've used Regus in nine various locations across MO, KS, OK, AR. This one is BY FAR the worst. They will charge over $600 for restoration fees when you shorten or end the lease, even if office is left in perfect condition. We gave notice 30 days out (required) and they acknowledged it over email, but requested we put it in over the online portal. We couldn't access that until the next day and they charged us a full month's extra rent as a result. Carla who is in charge said she'd dispute for us and get back with me. She never followed up and our credit card was auto-charged for rent (~$1,500). Carla then let all my calls go to voicemail and refused to talk to me over then phone (only email). When I requested to speak with someone in charge of disputes, she said "I do not have any contact information to reach our corporate office". Look at all of these recent reviews for this location. Carla is the worst building manager I have ever encountered in my professional career, Regus or not. I am in the process of cancelling every lease contract I have with Regus because of my issues with this location and their refusal to even answer a phone call at the local or corporate level.
