Blue River Family Dental

That was a very nice place...... The Doctor is very. Up-to-date with everything. He seems to know what he's doing and he has a good head on his Shoulders. he is very nice and the staff is wonderful.

Fantastic, I have been to 2 horrible offices but Blue River has restored my confidence that there are nice, helpful people and sincere in wanting the client to be totally satisfied with their dental needs. Each one I talked to, listened and made sure that I would receive a beautiful smile when I walked out from my last appointment ! And the whole office was beautifully decorated , new equipment, Want a good reliable dentist? Make an appointment at Blue River Dental office. !

Last month I made an appointment and saw Dr. Snider. I was very impressed of the friendly staff and clean office. I was visiting my family from California and my crown got loose and fell out. ( It was an older crown and sometimes in time they get loose) DR. Snider cemented it back so nicely just like it was before! I was so happy I was taking care of so promptly and I didn't have to wait and deal with my tooth (crown) out while I was on vacation visiting my family. I want to thank the Doctor and staff again for taking good care of me. If you ever have an emergency and are in the area come here to "Blue River Family Dental".

Love this dental practice! Dr Snyder has great skill, knowledge and chair-side manner. Hygienist Tiffany is very gentle and thorough! The staff is so friendly! Highly recommend for your dental care!

Very nice office. Staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Snyder explains everything and doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures. We were impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. We highly recommend them.

I can absolutely say that I love going to the dentist. Was fast and on time. I was educated every step along the way as to why things were being done. Tiffany was absolutely amazing. Was very cautious and thorough with my sensitive teeth. When I brought up my concerns, they were reasonably discussed and I never felt pressured to spend unnecessary money. Dr. Schneider was very reasonable and presented every option to me and his honest opinion. Then I was presented with a plan of costs for the things that I wanted before they were done and made sure I was okay with them. I can’t say enough about this place! They are great!

I just moved into the area and had my first appointment at Blue River yesterday. Staff was very friendly and attentive and I didn't have to wait long before getting my appointment started. The cleaning and examination was thorough and the hygienist and doctor showed me xrays while explaining what they were seeing. They laid out a clear plan going forward and followed up quickly with a referral. The office is newly updated and very clean. I like that I'm able to communicate with them via text and was able to get in quickly after requesting an appointment!

Just wow!!! Called to see about urgent care and from the woman whom answered the phone, Marla to Amber and Dr. Snider I was treated like a friend or family member. They were all professional and curteous , just all around a welcoming crew. I will be back and recommend this.... If you're looking for a family dentist, this is the place you'll want to go.

There is not enough to say about how wonderful an experience we have had thus far. We were looking for a dental care provider close to home and we found that and so much more! The staff is knowledgeable and charismatic. The establishment is clean and welcoming with beautiful décor. Appointments are scheduled and honored in a timely manner. Dr. Snider is very efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a family dentist.

I've found my new dental home!! Lyndsey and Kristi were very friendly and welcoming. Jessica was my hygienist and did a great job making sure I was comfortable during my thorough exam. Dr. Snider was very friendly and professional. I had teeth whitening done by Amber and she did a super job. Awesome office!

Very friendly staff. I get like they genuinely cared about my dental health. I didn’t feel rushed and pushed through. And I did not have to wait, I actually went back at my appointment time.

The staff here is wonderful. Went with a friend to talk about small implant dentures. Everyone was kind, patient, and upfront with all information. Dr. Snider discussed the entire procedure, time frame, expectations...everything. The front office staff got us in quickly, answered all questions, provided a very detailed procedure plan with exact costs. Decided to move forward with the procedure!

Dr. Snider and his team is great. They are very informative and explain everything as you go. The office is very clean and accommodating. I am definitely making this my home for all my dental care!

Five stars isn't enough! From the phone call to schedule, to walking out of the door after my first appointment it was top notch customer service every step of the way! My hubby needed an emergency appointment, so I looked around and decided to call this office. For it being first time visit for an emergency fix, I figured it would be a wait but they got him in same day! For him to come back raving about a dentist is saying something. to get him to go to the dentist is like pulling teeth ( no pun intended, HA!) but he came home raving about this office! I was looking for a new dentist myself so I set up an appointment here. They are so kind, so helpful, you can tell they actually care about you as a human and not just dollar signs sitting in the chair. They take the time to actually have a normal convo with you, then they go over your exam. SO impressed with this office! Beautiful office, great location, super friendly and welcoming staff! & the cherry on top... TOASTED MARSHMALLOW or COOKIE DOUGH tooth polish?! The toasted marshmallow was 5 stars in itself! ( a might have a sweet tooth..) :D Probably don't hear this often, but I can't wait for my next appointment! So thankful I found this office! Y'all are the best! :)

I took my 7 and 9 year old today. We moved to the area a few months ago, so this was our first visit. The staff was super nice and helpful. The boys got to wear super cool sunglasses. The dental hygienists were very calm and cool even when my son spit out the toothpaste. The dentist was very nice and gave detailed explanations of everything he found. They showed me images of their teeth, the problem areas to increase brushing, and how to improve their future oral health. We will be back!

I've been going to Blue River Family Dental for almost 2 years and the experience keeps getting better each time! The staff is the best and Kelly, my hygienist, really remembers everything we talked about from the previous 6 months. Whether he takes notes after my visit or just remembers, it really makes you feel like you have a friend working on your teeth. Dr. Snider takes time with you every time you're in there to not only look in your mouth but really gets to know you. You can definitely tell he's passionate about what he does and he has invested in a brand new building (opening soon) to create the kind of environment patients want to be in and make his staff more comfortable. You won't be disappointed!

Staff was extremely nice! I was in and out very quickly, they got me on the schedule quick as well! nothing but good things to say! it’s also very clean which is a plus.
