Brianna at store 456 was amazing I never had to leave the dressing room she kept bring me wonderful clothes! I never been to the buckle before and today became me new favorite store because of her!!! She is amazing at what she does

Great clothes worn miss me jeans for years but thru get baggy . Brooklyn talked me and my friend into kan can brand I’m obsessed with this brand of jeans and shorts. She went above and beyond helping us ordering things for us that weren’t in stock in our smaller sizes . She’s so sweet great service . Thank you Brooklyn Cathy and ronette thinks your the best

Let me begin by saying I do not go shopping often at all. And I haven’t shopped at a buckle in at least 10 years. I need a new outfit for a date and the staff at this store wanted to make sure I not only looked good but felt good too. I didn’t feel like a customer. I felt more like a friend of the staff. They genuinely wanted to make sure that if nothing else, my date would think I looked hot. More importantly though, they wanted to make sure I felt as good as I looked. Truthfully, I felt I looked amazing. I like to shop on a budget but I don’t mind spending a little than usual on something made of high quality material. The staff was also conscious of my budget and at no point made me feel like I needed to buy a more expensive product than was necessary. The store was also really organized and easy to find items. Chris was especially helpful but I was also assisted by Maci, Marli, and Ragan. All of whom were just amazing. Thank you all!

Staff was very friendly and super helpful! I had an online pick up and a staff member was quick to help me and made sure I had all my items! A quick exchange and I was out the door!

By far one of the best experiences I have had with a retail team. All extremely hard working, dedicated, and an apparent care for all their guests. The manager knows how to run an efficient and caring team. I will definitely remember my experience here, and will continue to make visits! Amazing store.

Absolutely love The Buckle Lee’s Summit. We went in looking for jeans and came out with jeans, tops, shorts, tshirts, and more! Morgan our sales associate was phenomenal and so was the rest of the team with their kind, supportive check ins and recommendations. Worth every penny! They always know how to read your style and make you feel amazing! Keep up the great customer service - it makes all the difference!!

I highly recommend this location. A young lady named Bri helped me today. I had no clue what size or style I liked since I have lost a bunch of weight. She picked out everything for me. Thanks Bri. She is definitely an asset to this business.

I stopped shopping at the Lee’s Summit location last year because the employees weren’t very helpful and the inventory selection was meh.

I recently ordered some jeans and shipped to store. That’s when I met the new store manager and it’s been a refreshing change. Chris has been extremely helpful with selecting and fitting our clothes. He knows his stuff and is patient with his customers. You can tell he works hard while juggling great service between customers. Because of him, we will continue to shop at this location instead of online.

Who I really appreciated today was Maria from your Lee's Summit location. She went above and beyond all of my expectations. She was so helpful and incredibly pleasant. One of my best experiences ever!!!!

We always have great customer service when we are in there Chris takes care of us. He always remembers our names Those who we are could not ask for a better employee than Chris.

Maria and Sarah were very helpful and both had excellent customer service. I work in retail sales myself so I have high expectations for my shopping experiences and they went above and beyond my needs!

They are really nice here and I normally find the one thing I need be it a shirt or jeans. I'm starting to age-out so maybe they could create an old-guy section with less writing on their shirts. :) Just kidding.

I walked in and was overwhelmed by what I can best be described as bro stank. Like the workers walk through the store and spray awful cologne throughout. It's either that or there was a herd of bros that ran through that place right before me on the way to the hoobastank concert.
