Let me start by saying Nate is super honest. He gave me a quote over the phone that I already thought was reasonable . Less than an hour later I get a call that its ready to be picked up,I went to pay and the price was $30 cheaper than the quote. Nate tells me that my computer already had 1 stick of the correct RAM so he only had to install one more and not two. I was so happy that 30 mins after I got home I decided to have Nate do some more upgrades for me .

My laptop stopped working and I couldn't get anything to work. I called Nate, he was able to help immediately. Quickly discovered the hard drive had failed. He replaced it within four hours at a fair price. Great service, I'd recommend him to anyone.

Need an ssd upgraded before failure. Nate was ok with me getting my ssd of choice. Got it, called him, and he was ready for the upgrade-same day.

I took my PC here after months of intermittent issues with crashing and booting. After troubleshooting everything I could think of I finally decided to have a pro look at it. Return times basically anywhere we're at least 3 weeks. Nate identified and solve the issue within 30 minutes. I know going forward I will only use this shop for any of my computer needs. Best Computer Tech EVER!!!!! I literally bought my son a 3D printer for Christmas, and could not level it or get it to print. I called 6 different places who had NO KNOWLEGDE of how to help me with the 3D printer, he told me to come over and leveled it. Last but not least the extruder was not put on right and he did that for me as well!!!! I will never call another tech again! THANK YOU NATE!!!!!!

Called asking about a problem with my computer that wouldn’t power on gave me a few tips and one of them ended up working and saved myself a couple hundred bucks !! Very knowledgeable and will use for any future computer repairs !

Nate's IT is the Best in the Area. I have been having him work on all my IT Needs for over 15 years. Nate always comes through, does not waste time selling, He gets right to an issue and it's fixed, and I never need to worry again. He doesn't try to sell stuff I don't need but will tell me of issues that will come up or get it done, so it doesn't cost more later. He has saved my files on several occasions. I'm glad to know all my IT needs are taken care of with his services. 5 out of 5 STARS!

Hired Nate to check computer. He found problem in 5 minutes. Something I had an issue with for 2 or so years. He was easy to get hold of and showed up promptly. Friendly, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with and chat with. So pleased I found him. He absolutely deserves more than 5 stars! Will definitely use his services again.

Nate was amazing!! He changed out my non working hard drive and had my computer back to me in 1 day. Price is very reasonable. I had not backed up all of my pictures and he was able to extract 129,000 pics from my non working hard drive and transfer to an external hard drive for me. I rarely write reviews, but Nate is awesome. Took apart our home built computer and fixed it quickly and improved the setup for us. Was easy to get a hold of, responsive, and great to work with. Can't recommend him enough if you are in the area and need IT assistance.

Nate is an awesome business man and technician - as well as a super friendly guy. For the services I needed Microcenter wanted more than three times the amount Nate charged, and told me I had to wait 5-7 days before they could even look at it. Nate had my stuff taken care of same day. A good local businessman and clearly a master at his trade. He's got my business from now on.

I've used Nate for computer repairs for years. He is a great asset to the community and provides reliable and honest service at fair prices. I recently took an all in one computer system to him, he performed diagnostics and found the potential repair out weighed the value of the system. He didnt charge me anything for his time, and on top of that gave me assistance and guidance on how to troubleshoot some problems I was having with some old laptops I had. Cant recommend enough.

What a guy! Nate was extremely responsive and quick to work after I heard from Micro center that it would take 7 days to build my PC from the parts I bought online & at their store. I figured I was in over my head with my new PC parts after a long time between my last build and Nate was right there to make sure everything worked perfectly. Nate has done an incredible job with my personal computers, business computers and my company website. I called to inquire about bringing my computer into Nate to fix. He said he wanted me to try a few things first. He gave me step by step instructions over the phone and within minutes my computer was fixed for free! I was amazed how efficient and kind he was. We took our laptop to Nate for display issues last week. I was expecting for him to need a few days but he called me back a few hours later with a diagnosis and a solution. Nate is exceptional both in his service and his pricing. He provided us options for ditching our cable and installing a Roku. We had decided to add Sling-TV, and Nate installed all of this plus added an external antenna and then did trouble-shooting of both of our laptops. When we purchased a new laptop a few days later, he performed the reconfiguration and transferred all of the files and data. Superb job, Nate!
