Went with husband and he had his head shave they do a very good job , then about an hour later I took my son and he had his hair cut there. They do a very good job with there hair. They both are leaving for camp. There's a difference in hair shops, I've taken my son to 2 other places but never to a barber shop, the barber shop does a more detailed then hair salon do. I really didn't mind paying 15.00 for a haircut! We will be back!

Always do a great job with my son's hair. James has been cutting his hair for three years since he was three and was very patient with him in the beginning. The rest of the barbers are very polite as well.

This is a Update review, and nothing has changed and that's Great news because I drive 30 min to get my haircut at the same place I have been getting a hair cut since I was 16 and I'm 31 now.
Yes it's a mainly a African American barber shop but don't let that persuade you to not go in because they are experts at cutting all types of hair. The owner is Friendly and professional you will not be disappointed they will treat you like family if you continue to visit.
I don't even have tell them what haircut I want I just sit down and they start because they remember there retuning customers.

Great customer service and shocked with how exact my results were. All expectations met perfectly and jay lee took his time to make sure my desire was met. Will be back again for regular trim ups and cuts. Definitely recommend .

These are highly skilled Barber and everyone is extremely friendly. I've been bringing my son there for a year or two and he is not the easiest customer. But, they have managed to break down his barriers and turn him into a much better Barber Shop client.

First haircut in almost 15 years - before the "lock down" i cut my own hair and the last time was March 3rd. decided to go to a traditional barber shop. Got right in and did a great job.

First experience there. A guy named Eddie cut my hair and he was awesome. Very nice, helped make suggestions for a new hairstyle, and even helped me understand how to style it afterward. Definitely would come back!

Always bring my hubs here for a hair cut. The guys are super nice and the place is always packed. They do an awesome job making sure his lines are stright.

My barber was James, and he was quick, professional, and all-around awesome. I've been to barber shops all over Kansas City, and in plenty of different states, but James will be the onely one in Kansas City I ask for by name.

There's nothing better than a small barber shop. Probably the best cut I've had in a while.
