G&G Restoration

G&G Restoration was recommended to us by a friend & replaced our roof and guttering after a hail storm in the Spring of 2017. Geremiah and his crew were professional every step of the way. He was very thorough in his assessment and honest. I didn’t ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of our insurance company or us. He worked with them and took care of every part of that process so we didn’t have to. He followed through with everything he said he would and did a great job of keeping us in the loop so we weren’t left to wonder where we were at in the process. He always answered my calls with questions and was kind and courteous. His roofing crew worked so hard and had our roof completed quickly. The foreman was on-site the entire time and we always had his ear if we needed it. They picked up all of their nails and everything was left in great order. There were lots of signs from other roofing companies in yards across town and we were one of the first ones to have our new roof in place. I can’t imagine a better experience and we highly recommend G&G.

Before deciding to use G&G Restorations we called several other roofers. Unlike G&G some never called us back while others said it would be days before they could even give us a bid. We had 3 bids from G&G within an hour of calling! We decided to go ahead and use them to tear off and put a whole new roof on our house. All work was complete within 4 business days of initial contact, including clean up. The owner was in constant contact with us the whole time giving us updates on how things were progressing. We are very happy with the work and our beautiful new roof! I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

I've been worried about my roof for years. I called Geremiah at G&G Restoration and left a message at about 715am. Geremiah called me back in 30 minutes. He met me at my house approx 3 hours later. Come to find out we had damage that our insurance company would pay for damages. Geremiah helped me understand my insurance policy and explained the insurance claim process. He was professional and courteous and it was very easy to understand the bid that he gave me. He was a great help in meeting with the state farm claim adjuster meeting. After the meeting was complete State Farm agreed with the damage and wrote a estimate for complete replacement of my roof. Not only did we get a new roof but Geremiah was able to working directly with State Farm and we literally didn't have to do anything but pick colors. We signed the agreement on the 13th. Material was delivered the morning of the 14th. We had a few hours of rain in the morning and the crew held off until the rain stopped. The crew promptly started and we had a site supervisor here all day watching the crew to assure our overall satisfaction. I would highly recommend G&G Restoration and will be referring to my friends and family. My new roof kicks ass!!!!!

On September 12, 2016 we got the horrible news from our insurance company that the new house that we had just purchased was going to need a roof within the next 30 days. After talking to multiple companies we had a free in home consultation with G&G Roofing September 19th. The owner Geremiah came out and blew us away with his professionalism and the amazing deal he was able to give us.

Not only did he beat a roofing company that has done many of our families homes by over $500. He also beat the price while including a higher grade shingle, as well as higher grade materials, high grade metal gutter guards, and amazing finance options.

The amazing deal was followed with outstanding service. They completed the entire job by September 23rd with no hiccups.

We would definitely recommend G&G Roofing to anyone. In fact we have already recommended them twice.

Called G&G Restoration about a leaky roof. Geremiah got in touch with me right away and quickly came out to inspect it. He was knowledgeable about the area and the roofs, and showed and explained everything he was looking at. He had no issues working around multiple insurance checks, and there was quick turn-around. They acted fast and got everything done in just over a day. The roof looks great and I would recommend G&G Restoration to anyone.

We had a great experience with G & G Restoration. We worked specifically with Andrew the whole time and he was fantastic. Not only did he come out and do a free estimate (pretty standard I think), he came out free of charge on the day our insurance adjuster came to help us secure insurance coverage. This part was seriously amazing! Let me explain…

So the insurance adjuster showed up at my house to look at my leaky roof. He literally told me insurance almost certainly wouldn’t cover roof repair because our roof was so old. He also said even with partial coverage that they’d need to file two separate claims (for the indoor and the outdoor damage) with two separate deductibles at $1000 a pop. He then went outside, spent about 30 minutes on the roof with Andrew, and came back and told me they were covering everything 100% on one claim and under one deductible. Now that’s service to the tune of several thousand dollars – no exaggeration! Thanks Andrew and thanks G & G!

We also had wood rot repaired as well as some touch up painting done on the interior and exterior of our house due to the weather damage from our leaking roof. The G & G painting guys were fantastic and matched our paint colors right on the money.

There were only two real downsides to the whole job, and they are probably pretty typical with any construction job. There was a lot of dust left over inside after our ceilings were painted. I just wasn’t prepared for that in advance so it was a bit of a shock. We got it cleaned up and all is well but it took a lot of vacuuming, mopping and dusting. The other thing was that we ran into some scheduling and punctuality issues. It was difficult because I’m working around my 1 year old’s schedule. But overall I think it went really well. I didn't think these were significant enough to remove a star.

The quality of work performed is fantastic as well. My father-in-law (who has installed roofs) was very impressed by the roofing job and was happy we found G & G.

Andrew was also really fantastic about walking me through how to file the claim in the first place because I’d never done it before. He also helped me with how to get our mortgage company to sign off on the insurance check.

I will definitely be recommending G & G to my friends. Frankly the fact that I’m on here writing this review is a big deal because I typically don’t write these. So there you have it. Job well done!

Geremiah was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure that the house was well taken care of and looked great. He was also very competitive with his rates. I highly recommend this company for your new roof. They make sure they are doing quality work that will last.

I bought a Living Social deal for a roof inspection, knowing I had some missing shingles and wind damage. Geremiah came out very quickly and was able to meet with my insurance adjustor and help get the claim filed. The work was done on time and the roof looks great. He came back to ensure all was done to my satisfaction. I will be using G&G for some other projects and would refer them to friends.

Had hail and wind damage, and a leaking ceiling. Made a call and they were out there within a hour and a half. And I know their about a hour away. Was concerned with my issue, came out and went over everything they said it needed, then came back to meet insurance adjuster and went over everything with them.
Would highly recommend them, they did a great job! My house looks great inside and out!

Needed to have a few roof leaks fixed. They came and took a look, got us a quote, and fixed the issue all within about two weeks.
