Very satisfied with the exceptional outstanding job they did for us! Our family was dealing with two deaths within the matter of five days. They were very compassionate. The services was very professional, and all my needs were met.

We had a terrible experience with Charter funeral home and were very discouraged and saddened. Nichole with Newcomers Noland road changed everything for us. She was was incredibly helpful, sympathetic and courteous. We felt absolutely no pressure and genuinely felt like she cared. My family is very thankful for the way that everything was handled by Nichole and Newcomers.

Newcomer's was the best to my family during a very difficult time. Jason and Nicole helped us. We had so much in our budget and they were willing to work with us. They treated my mom with dignity and respect. I told them I dont want to see them anytime soon, but when I have to, I will be back.

After having researched several pre-paid service plans available in our area we choose Newcomers & worked Forrest Walker. Forrest was very thorough in explaining options Newcomers offer, servicrs available through the VA and each line item. We found their services to be affordable since we did not want to spend an exorbitant amount for services. We feel we have achieved out pre-paid funeral plans with Newcomers of Independence, Mo.

Jason and Nicole were so compassionate and kind to me and my husband. We had a friend pass away that had no family and a couple of friends she had made her arrangements a few years ago and Jason handled it all so well for us. He and Nicole kept us updated on the arrangements as she was being transported to Philadelphia from Kansas City. We will be recommending their services to our friends and family.

The facilities are very nice, all the staff was very friendly and comforting. Nichole was wonderful she has a way of putting everyone at ease, friendly, professional, honest, and sincerely cares about taking care of every need.
An Angel here on earth! I had the pleasure of first meeting and working with Nichole when my mother passed in 2019, she made a very difficult, stressful and sad time for us comforting. And I knew when my sister in law was looking for a place for my brother to go upon passing, I immediately said "Newcomers Dignity Memorial" !

Nicole right away put everyone at ease, provided a sympathetic ear, listened attentively and offered much needed suggestions and guidance which was without hesitation taken advantage of. Nichole has a way of relieving stress, the meeting with her was actually joyful!

What a blessing, Nichole is a lovely person and the girls were impressed that she remembered me, saying that Nichole and I greeted each other like we were family and that made the difference !

My mother had prepaid arrangements. I met with Nichole and the planning process went smoothly. The visitation and service were very nice. However, there was a small technical issue, one of the tv’s wasn’t working so there was only one tv to display the slideshow we paid for.

Everyone was considerate and very helpful going through the process. Thanks Nicole for letting us laugh through the memories while making arrangements. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable as we had no insurance. I am very grateful I chose Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel.

Nicole was the one that helped us through this difficult time. She was knowledgeable patient so helpful. She made this time go very smoothly for us as a family.

And help us put together an amazing celebration of her life. The funeral directors at Newcomers Noland Road Chapel have been great. Don made us feel comfortable, from our very first meeting all the way through to completion. And, his partner, Nicole, in addition to being very friendly, was super organized and efficient. She was always on top of paperwork, pictures, and videos. With the exception of a miscommunication, regarding memory cards at the visitation, the entire process went off without any problems. I would definitely recommend Newcomers for anyone's funeral needs.

Newcomers was very helpful in helping me with my grandfather's funeral. Nichole helped me from the very beginning with planning and pricing. Had a beautiful chapel service that they were able to live stream so my grandma in Spain could watch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

The service I received from April and the staff from Newcomers Furneral home was amazing. April made me feel so safe as she helped me send my son off in his finally goodbyes. She is very compassionate, understanding, and well educated in everything I was trying to do.. I had only 2 days to pull and beautiful service together for my son and I couldn't have done it without her by myside. I felt she actually felt my pain and was there for me inside of trying to sell me something. I would highly recommend this Newcomers to anyone. Thanks to April and the Staff.. my sons finally goodbye was so beautiful and amazing.

The Funeral Directors Nichole & Don went over and above their call to duty. Coming from 2,000 miles away , their services made planning my Mother’s Services with little effort.
Furthermore, after I explained my mother had prepaid for services Don & Nichole researched my mom’s account & found it. I was able to apply the account toward the service thanks to Nichole & Don....they are the best!

Jason Gentzell was extremely helpful and attentive to my family’s needs. He made my grandmother feel very at ease and very comforted after she had just lost her husband of 71 years. Highly recommend using Jason or any of his lovely staff for your needs.

Wow where do I even start. Nicole, The most beautiful lady you can ever meet, there's no words to describe her. Angel sent from heaven. Beautiful laugh, sole, heart etc.. I know it's there job, but she's a professional employee, helper, and Psychologist 🤪. The love and care she gives is genuine, something you can't buy. Thank you Nicole for making a rough time so much easier.

The funeral home director Nichole Gebhart was so wonderful to my family and I during this heart breaking time!! She was there for any questions I had no matter what time of the day it was!! I'm so blessed to have had her help plan my father's funeral, she made something so hard to do with a heavy heart so easy. Thank you for everything!!
