A wonderful family owned business performing a friendly, professional service in very trying times. Frank & his son Eric were extremely kind & helpful. While I was there they assisted a man who’d lost another of his family & they took call for yet another family. All with tact & grace. If you are of limited means, & don’t wish to pay the high ‘retail prices’ the funeral business requires, these nice men can handle it all. At great savings.

Great place to save money when tragedy strikes

Went to store 09-19-17 to get prices for brother's burial. I walked in with my mother and on if my deceased brother's sons. The older man who owned the store was rude abd inconsiderate of the fact we just lost our loved one. My brother happened to be obese. The older owner made comments like "I heard we had a big one in." "How much did he weigh?!" My nephew commented on him being rude and stepped out of the store.

The owner shifted his attention to other customers and we were left to speak to the younger owner, who apoligized for the other owner's behavior. Not what you want to experience in time of sorrow.

I called this place to inquire about the urns to put my mother's ashes in and the guy was so rude and he act like he did not have time to give me any prices and I asked him if he could screen shot me a couple of pictures of the urns that he had in stock and he flat out told me that he had no way of doing that and all he kept on saying that he was closing in ten minutes that is very poor customer service and I will never give them my business for anything
