Dropped off my husband's suit to be cleaned on Wednesday afternoon, and it was ready on Thursday at 2 pm! Staff was friendly and efficient, and I will definitely be back! I loved the prices were posted, so there's no surprises!

So I have been using this place for a couple months now. First time ever having to use a dry cleaning service. I have mainly been dealing with David and Misha. They have both been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Also have answered many of my questions about dry cleaning and purposes of it. I have a couple suits that I take in and switch out and have been complimented by both men and women almost daily. I give this place 10 stars and highly recommend anyone to at least try them out. Guaranteed they will not disappoint!!

Found my St. Christopher medal that I've had some I was a kid in my suit pocket. Put it w my receipt in an envelope. This cleaners is thorough & and most excellent people.🙂

Terrifically thrilled.... they did a fantastic job with all of my shirts. They called me within 45 minutes of dropping off to ask me if I still wanted them to dry clean my suit which I hadn’t worn in 2 years because it had multiple moth holes, of course I told them no. The price was just right with great customer service.

VIP Cleaners is the BEST!! My clothes always look great. The hours are convenient for working people (I can go before or after work). I have never been to any other cleaners that has your order ready so promptly. Their coupons offer a great opportunity for discounts. Last but certainly not least, the customer service is UNBEATABLE! I am always greeted with a smile and I truly feel like a valued customer. I would recommend this business to anybody who wants great service and a quality product.

I've been taking dry cleaning clothes to VIP for 30 yrs. The new owners & staff are even better than those who were previous owners. Not only is their work TOP NOTCH but they are very personable & friendly!

This cleaners does excellent work. I take everything there and am never disappointed. Their shirt work is the best I have seen over the years. The owner always calls me by name. That is very rare in service businesses today. I would recommend them to anyone who is particular about their wardrobe.

I started going to VIP Cleaners about 5 years ago when I was having bad experiences at others dry cleaners in Independence, I couldn't be happier. The Owner and Manager are very knowledgeable and courteous. If you want the best, this is where you want to go.I am very picky, and my clothes have been perfect EVERY TIME. My work attire through the years, not too mention the occasional suit and tie event my Profession held, requires that I wear neat, clean, and well-pressed clothing. A sign of respect for my former patients, as well as my current clients and customers.
As a result, I have utilized various Dry Cleaning Services for many years, in many cities and towns throughout the six states where I have resided.

When I moved to Independence 3.5 years ago, for the first year I returned to the Dry Cleaner in Shawnee KS, whose services I had been happily utilizing for several years. Then the business was sold.
So I started looking for a new Dry Cleaning Service around the Independence area in earnest. I tried most of them with little success. Most were at best so-so, and a couple were terrible.

Then a year and a half ago, I discovered James and his VIP Cleaners!

His work has been excellent without exception. "Organic" to boot!
He even restored a very good shirt, one that had been ruined by another dry cleaner, to an acceptable wearable condition.
I even once made use of his apparently longtime policy of, "in by 5, out by the next afternoon". It saved the day!

VIP Cleaners is amongst the best I have ever experienced throughout my many years, and is definitely the best in Independence, MO.

I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. He was very thorough on what was needed to clean the clothes. He followed up with me when I forgot a couple of things in a couple of pockets. I would recommend this location for your dry cleaning needs.
