Bella's Laundry Room

Nice laundromat. Plenty of open washers and dryers. Place was kept nice and tidy and I even met the couple who open and close every morning & night. They are a very nice couple with a very cute little puppy. Hadn't been there in quite some time now, the place was still just as before.

It's a good washroom. You get your assortment of random folk and such like at any other wash. Machines are cheap and reliable. I think it was 2.25 for a wash and 25 cents for seven minutes on the dryer. Everything comes out good. Coin dispenser works good, they have a snack and drink machine. My first year here I was in there watching the chiefs play the 49ers during the super bowl. Good times. They had snacks out and it was a good little watch party. Last time I visited I was doing a load and took a picture for future drawing reference. It's a nice place.

Very nice guy working in there who made us feel very at home and was very generous and sweet offering and giving things to the other customer and me and my kids. Even after he locked the doors at closing time, he told us to take our time finishing up and folding. Walked us out to our car to make sure we made it safely which he said he always does as well as helped us out with laundry cart. My daughter remarked how nice he was and how she felt safe there. Got some cool quarters from the change machine. Very hot dryers and up to date machines.

I no longer live in Independence, but have made the 25 minute drive twice just to support the owner and workers. While it's on the smaller side and doesn't have unnecessary video games and what not, but more importantly, I actually feel safe doing my laundry here - and any female by herself will tell you they'd take feeling safe doing laundry over a video game any day. The owner Matt and his employee are awesome and very helpful - don't be afraid to ask for help or if you need a question answered!

I was looking for a good laundromat near me. Looking at the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect from Bella's but as soon as i got here I was comfortable. They people who come here are so nice. The gentleman who is here as an employee is super nice and likes to talk, but not so much that you want to get away. The washers work for the most part. There was a glitch with dryer B, but it was sorted out. While I was waiting for my clothes to dry, the gentleman offered watermelon because it was so hot in the laundromat. They even opened the doors to cool it down a little. So if you need a place to do laundry, please try Bella's.

Always clean and very friendly atmosphere, new machines, that are $2.50 cheaper than most the other places.

Owner is usually there and is very nice. Is almost always cleaning anytime there's trash. Not ghetto or in a bad spot. Kinda small but not crowded. Would recommend

Always clean, close to home. And Matt the owner is always just a call or text away if there are any issues and has always offered a refund for any machine that might take my quarters. Although some machines may be down it has never hindered my ability to do laundry here and I come in at least once a week, sometimes more. Reading some of the lesser star reviews about management (the owner) is a joke, those people have clearly never attempted to contact him with any issues they have had since any time I have called or text him I always get a reply with-in the hour and usually sooner than that.

This laundromat is my favorite, and I’ve been to several in the area. I can wash a in a front-load brand-new Speed Queen washer for the same price as an old, dirty top load washer that are used in other laundromats. It’s clean and bright, and I feel completely safe among the patrons. The owner Matthew provides fully stocked vending machines, free WiFi😃😃😃and sometimes free coffee with cream and sugar. Also, he is very nice and loves green plants everywhere. He has central air in the building and big fans so it’s never hot and doesn’t have that burnt smell in the air like most laundromats. This place is very comfortable and I’ll never use another. Thanks Matthew! You make doing laundry not suck.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat on and off for a few years. It’s never overcrowded. Has a nice balance of new and vintage machines. My only two complaints are that the older driers on the right side have different prices on the same size driers (some are 5 minutes for a quarter, some are 10 minutes per quarter) and the other is that people that aren’t here to do laundry always park behind me, making it hard to leave sometimes. Other than that, this place is kosher. I miss the Sega Outrun! Arcade game

The owners/employees were very nice to me here. This location is clean and I felt safe there. The machines all worked well. I was in and out in an hour.

Visited for the first time today. We just moved to Independence and don't have a washer/dryer yet. Laundry was done quickly and had no problems with machines. Owner was there, laughing and joking with customers. All around nice environment. And coffee/Wi-Fi! Will definitely be back.

It might be outdated when u pull in..but I've come here many times cause the one in my building always go out. These here get the job done and clothes are nice and dry

Nice machines. This would be 5 stars if they had more parking. UPDATE: I'm giving the 5th star because the owner actually responded to the review and is right...there really isn't anywhere to expand the parking lot. Although I would suggest a new faucet fir the restroom-I got "sprinklered" by it the other day.

Bella's has a friendly and safe atmosphere. The owner is very helpful. He also puts on toons on the TV so it is kid friendly. Overall, I've enjoyed doing my laundry here plenty of times.

New machines, nice atmosphere, clean, good prices (single load machines $1.50!), clean restrooms, coffee, and even a remote for the TV. The place feels SAFE, which is saying something in Independence. The bill changer always works, and no matter what time of the day I go, there's always machines available. There are vending machines for laundry stuff as well as drinks and snacks. I've only washed my clothes here for the past year and a half, but don't want to go anywhere else!

This has been my laundromat for years now. Matt is amazing. Yes machines are out of order but he is replacing them slowly but surely. I can get in and out of bellas in under 3 hours max. Would recommend it to my friends.
